When we arrived to the hotel, the Lady Porter was rude and unreceptive. She refused to provide parking and then left us with no choice, but to leave the hotel and go somewhere else even when we asked for valet parking, she refused.

Excellent location with great amenities

Stayed three night, corner room on 12th floor, super clean room, easy inside parking under hotel, mini bar fully loaded with all kind of stuff and food, comfy bed and amenities. Second time at this hotel and we will return.
