"The people were kind and generous and helpful. But , it is obvious this hotel Has been used heavily by construction or contractors that stain the carpet and furniture. Our floors were mopped, but not clean."

Hyatt Regency Columbus
"Everything was very clean, and staff was very helpful with everything. Close and easy walk to nationwide arena and good parking accommodations. Only gripe I had was the unexpectedly high cost of parking and “fees” which added about $70 onto the stated bill."
