"I had taken a personal trip to wine country for some fresh air, but the hotel I originally chose fell well short of expectations. On my way back to Pasadena, I came across this property—and it completely turned the experience around. If you’re looking for a peaceful setting, clean air, and a genuinely welcoming, professional staff, I recommend this place without hesitation."

"Rooms are pretty clean. The staff was absolutely incredible. The property itself is pretty nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a bit cold but it does get hot over there so it makes sense bathroom on site where the pool is so that’s also nice. blackbear diner right next to the hotel was so delicious and huge portions. A really fun dinner large patio off of our room all in all pretty great day. Beds were comfy too."

"The picture shown is a bit deceiving. I found myself trying to figure out where it was taken in the lobby, didn't really look like this. They charge $22 per pet, per night, and supply NOTHING. They don't even have bags for you to pick up after your pet, which we always do. Fortunately we had our own. One of the person minding the desk was not good with English, and I couldn't understand him. We were required to pay when we arrived, and the total was not correct. Supposedly he corrected it before...

"The rooms were horrible! Holes in the walls, twigs from a tree in the fridge, holes in the ceiling where the fire sprinkler is. They did not have towels for us after we used the two we had. Bugs in the room. This place should not be able to serve the people. "

I called the hotel just to confirm what name came through and the so-called manager answered super rudely didn’t even give me a chance to explain what I was looking for, and he said you have to contact where you booked through. That is no way to speak to someone who’s actually booking for services with you. I then called Expedia customer service and the agent was able to have the name change reflect on their system and mentioned they...
