"Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made us feel completely looked after. The room was beautifully appointed, with everything we could need, and the bed was especially comfortable. "Rooms were well equipped with thoughtful detail and spacious. Bathroom was well equipped with safety rail and bathmat provided. Good range of bathroom accessories. Parking was fine but we arrived early and the carpark was full by short time later. Poor choice at breakfast. No continental breakfast availability No flexibility. My wife had cereal and toast and we had two teas. Not a pot of tea. Cost was too high, Very good serving staff. "

"Lovely large room on the 2nd floor with a little balcony and huge bed. Extremely comfortable with good facilities and it was nice to have access to the spa. Breakfast was also very nice, with a very good selection and good quality. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from tow, so it's in an ideal location with free parking which is always a bonus. Overall a lovely venue for a short break. "

"Comfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am. "

"Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable Sash cord was broken on window and one of the lights in the bathroom needed a replacement bulb. Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes"

"A very nice place to stay. This is not a tourist destination but the nearby area is very nice and worth a walk. There is a very nice pub at the hotel and we eat well. The room was very nice and clean."
