"Incroyable de trouver un hôtel vieux d’au moins 50 ans et dans un parfait état. Tout est vieux mais en excellent état. Literie très confortable.

"The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel.
The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property.
They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route.
Room was very good. The only thing I would hope...

"Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious.
Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club.

"Sehr schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und auch vollständig ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Restaurant auch sehr empfehlenswert mit schöner Aussicht im Freien.
Wellnessbereich leider nicht genutzt, war aber bei der Besichtigung auch sehr einladend.
Wir waren zum Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern 4 Tage dort und fühlten uns wirklich gut aufgehoben. "

Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Rauriserhof und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus und seine Ausstattung sind wunderschön, insbesondere seit der kürzlich erfolgten Renovierung (auch wenn es uns schon vorher sehr gut gefallen hat). Das Essensangebot, die Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt die vom gesamten Hotelteam gelebte Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft lassen keine Wünsche offen! Besonders gut gefallen haben uns auch die Saunen und die Aufgüsse. Unsere Kinder haben sehr viel Beschäftigung...
