Seaside Splendor is a spacious ocean-view beach house located in Kiwanda Shores City, OR, US"], the private gated neighborhood right on the sand in Pacific City. Perched for maximum coastal views, the third-level living area offers breathtaking vistas along with a large great room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an island eating bar—perfect for meals, gatherings, or simply enjoying the scenery.

​​​​​​​The home features four comfortable bedrooms, including a deluxe ocean-view master suite complete with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub, providing the ideal spot to unwind while taking in the sound and sight of the waves. Seaside Splendorcombines generous space, stunning views, and thoughtful amenities, making it the perfect setting for a memorable Pacific City getaway.

Layout:
2nd level entry has master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, bedroom with double bed , bedroom with twin/twin bunks & twin hideabed chair, full hall bath. Upstairs has great room, dining area, lookout room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and bedroom with twin bed . Downstairs level has garage and room for parking.

Please Note: Fireplace is NOT in working order.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The house has stunning views and is in a great location. The house itself is in various states of uncompleted projects. The carpet needs to be replaced, the furniture is old and could use a complete refresh. The dishwasher was not working during our stay.

Good for the price

Overall the house was nice. The house does need some maintenance though. The stove desperately needs to be replaced, to the point it’s a safety issue. Also the pots and pans all have Teflon chipping off into the food. The location is great, and the property manager was easy to deal with. We did have older people with us and a toddler so the stairs were a little hard to deal with, just something to keep in mind.

Awesome location!

Great location, good for kids! Comfortable house with great view of the beach. The house could use a little updating / TLC, otherwise it's perfect for that family get away.

Great place, awesome views!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The views were incredible!!! And the quick little walk to the beach was perfect for our crew of 4 kids under 6. There were plenty of linens, lots of dish ware and every thing we needed to keep the place clean while we were there. The ladies at the Kowanda rental properties were the sweetest and made our check in and out super easy. There are lots of games, some good kids movies for the VHS and sand toys in the garage. I gave it a 4 star just because the place is pretty run down and a bit dated. There are lots of stairs and kitchen is on top floor so be ready to carry your food. We didn’t mind this and truly loved our stay here. I would stay here again for sure!!!

Unique and fun house

We had a wonderful time staying at Oceanview house. We experienced two fantastic storms without losing power. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fun, unique spaces inside the house. Beautiful ocean views and great location!

Great view but house needs some love

The location is great and the price is fair. Like the other reviews stated it is a bit run down. Multiple tiles missing in the kitchen, most of the cabinets can not close, and only the small burners on the stove work. It is very cozy and the beds are comfortable. I would stay there again but I believe it would be worthwhile for some fixes to be made.

This home is a bit run down

I was surprised at the condition of the home. The back burner on the stove didn't work, the oven knob was broke, tiles missing from the countertop and kitchen island, food left in fridge and freezer, both kitchen and living room floor was poorly vacuumed and swept. Bird poo on the windows, and no screens on any windows.

The house had great access to the beach and great views of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. While not new or fancy it was very clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it.

Great for families!

We have stayed in Seaside Splendor several times over the years. The location is excellent with a great view of ocean! It accommodates 6-7 of us easily including our dog. It recently had been painted inside and has had a few updates. The kitchen could be better stocked, but they did get new plates, cups, and knives, yay! The downstairs toilet in the main bedroom needs fixed; the handle is almost coming off. The shower is strange with no handle on the inside and slippery steps getting in, but it has good water pressure. Overall we love it there and always have a wonderful time in Pacific City!

Nice view but needs maintenance

House has an amazing view. It is more on the rustic side in need of basic Maintwnance such as shower doors broken. Can opener broken. Small beds and lots of stairs. Not for grandmas or bad knees amazing views though and walk to beach! Couldn’t find hair dryer.

Great place to spend a weekend at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen / living room on the top floor is high enough to see over the houses across the street and out to sea. We did not find a way to open the garage doors but had fun with the ping pong table in the garage. Of course we spent most of our time at the beach or cape. The kitchen and bedrooms were very nice for our party of eight. This house is in a gated neighborhood so traffic was very minimal. We hope to return.

Disappointed

There was an electrical issue with the house and we did not have lights or power in a significate living area. We were promised a refund of one night by the rental company but as of today we have not received it. The kitchen was not well stocked with items, so if you plan to cook, bring your own bakeware, pans, and any utensils you might need. The view was great but the house needs some TLC. Also there are lots of stairs, so it may be hard to navigate for older people or ones with bad knees.
