Oceanfront, steps from beach

This fantastic oceanfront beach home was built in 2002. Amazing views from every room! The downstairs living space is open and perfect for watching the waves, reading, games around the table or gathering to eat. It has been comfortably furnished for that 'beach cottage' look. The downstairs bedroom has an adjustable queen and twin with TV. There is also a spare twin in the closet under the stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, TV and a reading nook that can double as a small office if you’re working from the beach……although it’s hard to concentrate on work with that view! There is also a laundry room upstairs.

Pull up an Adirondack chair and sit on the deck to watch the sunset. Beach access is direct from southern corner of front yard. Tierra Del Mar is a peaceful community with miles of beach stretching north to the estuary and ending to the south at Cape Kiwanda.

When booking a beach house we always look for beach/ocean front and this home did not disappoint. It was cozy and warm with the most amazing views of the beach and the ocean from every room in the house. With great communication with the host we were able to access and enjoy the home immediately upon arriving. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we could need to cook many wonderful meals during our stay. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer as we had an extended stay here. We very much enjoyed the beach more than any other time in our 20 years visiting the Oregon coast. The beach felt like our own piece of heaven. The sunsets were amazing! The added bonus, we had several bunnies that visited every day. We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation.

Great views

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and super relaxing. What a great way to spend a long weekend. We walked, watched the ocean, read, and completed a puzzle on the rainy day. Didn’t touch the TV because….ocean! The views and the accessible beach (where one can walk for many miles) were the highlights.

This beautiful beach front house is situated midway between two well known Oregon promatories,Cape Kiwanda and Cape lookout. Five miles of beach gives plenty of opportunity to walk. The house is immaculate and well stocked and beautifully appointed. A main floor bedroom and bath can accommodate someone who is averse to stairs. Great place to sit and read watch sunsets and storms

Favorite Hideout by the Sea

Beautiful cottage on the edge of the beach where you can walk over the sand dune to Pacific City or Sand Lake and the Sedge. We appreciate how well kept the cottage is and pet free.

Amazing Oceanview

My daughter and I spend three nights waking up to the beautiful ocean view each morning. At first I was a little disappointment there wasn’t a TV in the living room. This house was so relaxing I didn’t miss the TV. We spending time watching the fishing boats and waves. The bunnies were so cute. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Luxury on the Pacific

This place was our favorite out of 7 we stayed in on our road trip from the mountains to the coastline in Oregon. It was very clean, the beds were confortable and it was equipped with everything needed and more. It was a home away from home. The decor was great and the comfort greater. It is ocean front making for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The location is phenomenal and the house is very well appointed. We stayed here for my mom's 80th birthday and it was incredibly comfortable. The view of the beach is picture perfect, the house is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Beach Haven

Every detail of comfort for the guests of this home has been thought of. Myself and two family members were very comfortable inside with a perfect view of the ocean and enjoyed the close proximity of the beach outside for long leisurely walks.

Serendipitous

This wonderful oceanfront house is steps from the sand and has a panoramic ocean view. Tierra Del Mar is nestled between the Sitka Sedge Natural Area to the north and the Cape Kiwanda Natural Area to the south. Both can be explored on foot from the home. If you are not exploring, you can watch a storm as we did and finish your current book. The kitchen window frames Haystack Rock in Pacific City, two miles to the south. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet any cooking needs. We had a great time.
