  • Con acceso y vistas a la playa, Ocean Annie es difícil de mejorar. Pero los nuevos propietarios han hecho algunas actualizaciones excelentes en el hogar para que su estadía sea aún más memorable. Ocean Annie se ha actualizado en todo el interior con nuevas obras de arte y alfombras, y se ha equipado con nuevos juegos, rompecabezas y una biblioteca de DVD de DVD con temática del océano y la playa. Los nuevos y coloridos cojines en la envoltura alrededor de los bancos de comedor aportan un color adicional al hogar y más comodidad para compartir una comida con amigos y familiares o armar un rompecabezas mientras observa cómo llegan las olas. También se ha actualizado con una nueva estufa de leña para disfrutar de agradables veladas en la costa de Oregón.

    El pueblo de Tierra del Mar es una pequeña comunidad de casas de playa tradicionales 3 millas al norte de Pacific City a lo largo de la ruta escénica Three Capes. Hay varias calles tranquilas alineadas con cabañas históricas y casas de playa más grandes que conducen al acceso directo a la playa. Todas las casas en Tierra del Mar están a un corto paseo de la playa. The pics were accurate, steps from the beach. It’s one of my favorite beaches on the Northern Oregon coast. Kitchen was well supplied and easy to work in. The beddings need to be updated, and the 2 bathrooms worked fine. The living area had plenty of seating. There is an amazing collection of puzzles and we loved that. We will return in the future. Thank you

Spectacular view

Cozy cottage was exactly as advertised, with decent access to the beach and a truly spectacular view of the ocean.

Absolutely great location! The home was right on the beach exactly as advertised. From the main living room and dining area, we had amazing ocean views. When our kids went out to the beach, we could see them from the house. Perfect for our family of five (kids ages 7, 9, and 11).There is so much to explore in this area too. The dune at the Pacific City beach was very unique and fun for everyone. The 3 capes drive was incredibly scenic. Tillamook is nearby. Lots to do and see if you like being outdoors.A grocery store is about 30 minutes (Tillamook or Lincoln City) - so we packed several days of food and enjoyed 2 full days relaxing, without leaving the house, before we went to explore and restock. This worked really well. I would return to this house.

Great family vacay stay

My family and I had a great stay here, it was perfect for our kids they had the beach at a walking distance. It was a very nice quiet beach not over crowded which we really enjoyed. We were able to bring our pets which was a plus. The town is great for take out and does have a couple grocery stores. Lots to do when u drive in to the town but we mainly focus on enjoying time on the beach with our kids. The place had cooking utensils and all other appropriate necessities. Definitely would stay again

Amazing

Place was amazing. Wonderful view. Quiet and comfy. The house is nice, just need a bit of upgrade. Linens were old and house wasnt very clean. Maybe built stair to make it easier to get down to the beach. But i would say i did have a wonderful time here. I didnt mind the house condition very much. I would be visiting again soon.

Cozy Home With Fantastic View

First off the view of the ocean and access to the beach in this home is top notch. We have rented this home a few times over the course of 20 years because we of this. Absolutely a gem of a beach (no one on the beach at 6:30 in the morning…peaceful and never too crowded). The house is very small and we expected that. Solid set up. I would say five people is the max this house can hold. We had day visitors and it was tight even for a few hours. The bed in the main room could definitely use some upgrading. Every time one of us moved it made noise. Some additional simple upgrades would be nice. The hand towels in the kitchen were very worn and the mixer didn’t work. The stove was a bit wonky. None of this would dissuade me from staying, but I would suggest a few simple investments. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Best Ocean View

The ocean front view is absolutely amazing. Just a one minute walk out the back door to the sand. Then, even though photos are of a two story home, only the top level is what is available. Bedrooms are very tiny, and beds on one side are up against a wall. You have to crawl into bed. This home needs some TLC, bedroom windows wouldn't open, or if you could wouldn't close. Kitchen amenities could use a refresh also. While we did enjoy our stay, we wouldn't stay again.

Right on the Beach

The excellence of the location of this property cannot be over stated. To be able to see our children playing on the beach from the house was amazing. I could say "go play on the beach and I'll call you when dinner is ready"! The panoramic view and ease of beach access was such a highlight. The bedrooms and bathrooms are adequate, the kitchen is well appointed and the main room was comfortable. We walked the beach every day and explored both ends which are magical in their own ways.

Great Location—Poor Property Management

I didn’t arrange for contact-less key pick up because I was only going to be inside the office for a few minutes, but during that time, one of the people working there walked through the small room without a mask on. She appeared unconcerned about the potential risk she was exposing me to, and I tried to get out of there ASAP. The clean up instructions they emphasized said there would be a bin for recycling (there was not) and to start a load of laundry (apparently with the detergent I did not pack). They did respond quickly to my question about the recycling bin and the fact that they don’t provide a key to the ocean-facing doors (mild inconvenience). I’ve also gotten used to Airbnb, where providing shampoo and a first aid kit is standard. Be sure to bring your own. The property itself is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed long walks on the quiet beach, playing on the dunes, and a visit to the outdoor seating at the Pelican Brew Pub. The dining room table was the perfect place to do one of the many puzzles provided.

Cozy buy

Great views and beach access plus a well equipped kitchen and good quality towels. Be ready for 2 (of 3) tiny bedrooms and both bathrooms, and local flavor in the loft. On principle, we objected to the hidden fee for use of a credit care, and why are renters required to pick up the key from the rental office? The staff at the rental company are very nice, but I wouldn't rent from them again.

Great view & beach access!

The view, beach access is great! Loved that part of it. Falsely advertising a wood fireplace as available is wrong! Bathrooms are tiny. The couches need to be updated & firmer. Perhaps vacuumed prior to each visitor. The decorating themes (?) are interesting to say the least. Thank goodness for the view!
