Welcome to your spacious two-bedroom condo retreat in our Trailhead Condominiums neighborhood. Located at the heart of the resort core, you’ll be just steps from amenities including restaurants, the spa, coffee shop, activity rentals, and golf. Built in classic mountain architectural style, Trailhead I condos feature private outdoor spaces, cozy gas fireplaces, and access to a condos-only pool and hot tub. Offering more space than traditional hotel rooms, Trailhead condos are perfect for smaller families, using as a launch pad for all-season recreation, and experiencing all the perks of resort life.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bath featuring dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a Japanese soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and two bunks tucked into the hallway are perfect for the families with children. A queen size sleeper sofa provides extra accommodation in the living room.

With additional seating at the breakfast bar, the kitchen is a natural place to gather, cook, and enjoy each other’s company in addition to the dining area. The full-size kitchen also boasts European-style stainless steel appliances.

Take advantage of your large outdoor patio space by dining al fresco or simply enjoying a nice glass of wine.

Less than expected

we arrived to a condo that was incredibly warm and stinky. we called maintenance and they wanted us to sleep through the night there while they tried to fix the A/C - we had 4 teenagers with us. it was miserable and we unpacked just to repack bc finally maintenance put us somewhere else. it made for an absolutely exhausting trip.

Overall…alright

A/C wasn’t working well. Owner and Suncadia made attempts to fix, but were unable. Some restitution was provided. Had pretty much everything needed, but nothing more. A couple of spices for cooking (no salt). Not really complaining, but not blown away.

Good but lots of Construction

Overall the room was well laid out and clean. However, carpet and furniture was pretty worn (stains, etc.) and need of updating. Nice kitchen and laundry unit. My wife particularly liked the heated tile floors. The biggest down side we had was that no where was there any communication to us from point of booking up until our stay that they are building next door to our lodge/room (big construction zone) nor was there any reduced rate for this. The construction was noisy from ~8:00 a:m. forward plus there was constant dust blowing around which made sitting on deck or swimming in the pool not enjoyable. The resort overall is nice and laid out well for the large number of houses, condos, etc. We have stayed and many resort locations and this one is nice, but a bit pricey for what you get. With all of this considered we would stay here again under right circumstances.

Snow weekend getaway

The condo was nice, comfortable, clean, and check in was easy. However, the television is all online streaming and there were repeated problems with the wifi kicking out and the television in the main area would need to be reconnected. At one point, it would not reconnect and we needed to call the property manager to come look at it. Property manager took a really long time to get ahold of and then once we received a response, it was quite a long wait before someone came to fix the wifi problem. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the condo was very comfortable, clean, and nice.

Charming space but very dirty and not well equipped

When you charge luxury rates, then at least basic cleanliness and amenities are mandatory including clean sheets on the beds, a well stocked kitchen and a functioning ice machine. None of which was true for this rental. There were human hairs in the bunk beds. It was gross. Similarly, my eyes itched and my dust allergy was triggered which is a clear sign that this unit is not regularly vacuumed and dusted. Again-gross and unacceptable. The ice machine also was not working and the unit lacked basic amenities so that we could cook our steaks for dinner. It is expected that when you rent a high end unit all the tools for preparing a normal dinner should be available. They weren't. We love Suncadia and the layout of this unit is great but the rest left much to be desired.

Great location

We love this location, close to the lodge, marina, playground, Prospector golf course, and bike trails. Disappointed that the condo pool was closed due to Covid as we have stayed at this location before and the Condo pool is so peaceful and barely used. Condo is clean, quiet, with very comfortable beds! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Loved Suncadia and will be back

We loved Suncadia and will definitely be back. We won’t stay at Trailhead again though; we will rent a house or townhouse. This condo was a good size, the staff was friendly (especially the maintenance engineer that had to replace the door lock which wasn’t working). However, the room wasn’t clean. Especially during a global pandemic and for a hefty cleaning fee, it was gross that we found debris (book of matches, dog biscuit, bottle caps etc) all throughout the condo. It want just as if they had missed a spot cleaning, it’s actually as if the entire condo needs a deep clean. The kitchen/bathroom surfaces seemed clean, but the unit needs an overall deep clean.

SunCadia Condo

Spent Thanksgiving weekend at this condo visiting family in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful time as this area is very beautiful with much to do. The condo was a nice design layout and worked well for our family. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the unit. When you are being charged a hefty cleaning fee and then find mold in the master shower and cobwebs hanging from the valences and heavy amount of dust it is disappointing to say the least. We also found the kitchen poorly stocked with even the most basic necessities such as a cutting board. If you are not planning on cooking then it will be just fine. We enjoyed the underground parking and the building was very quiet. Overall, nice layout and good location. With just a couple of changes this will be a spectacular rental.

Perfect spot for a little getaway

This property was perfect for a little getaway with a small group of friends. Quiet, comfortable beds and we had the pool to ourselves. Walking distance to the lodge. We loved our stay here and would book again!
