初日に設備の不具合があったのですが、より高層階に部屋を移していただきより快適に過ごすことができました。
部屋にキッチン、レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機があったため外で購入した食事が食べやすかったり、水着を洗濯できたりととても便利でした。
お出迎えでいただいた装飾品を子供が非常に気に入ってくれました。
景色、アクセスともに良くまた宿泊したいなと感じました。"

"Wonderful!!...2 bedrm/2 bathrm with huge balcony for BOTH bedrooms/living room.....that's our view in the photo........check-in is at Regency 3 blocks away, but they brought luggage to unit....pool is next door at the "Reef"....It's on the sandy beach but ROCKY bottom 20 yards out in water - booo!!.....beach side restaurant in the "Reef" is a rip off. Eat breakfast down the street..........."

"From the very first time we pulled in the valet was right there waiting for us. They took care of our luggage. Check-in was very simple. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, which was small, but very cozy and very clean. The staff works tirelessly to keep the place in spotless condition when you walk down to the lobby you’re met with the beautiful Hawaiian breeze on the other side of the street and the ocean the restaurant is delicious. The bar food is absolutely out of this world....

"Welcoming staff from valet to checkin to delivery of our bags. When bags came he offered to tour the room with us. Told us valuable info. We loved the elevator system. (You’ll see!) Beach access was so easy and convenient.
Dukes and Hula Grill are terrific options for food. The club was wonderful for breakfast and the 4:30-6:30 appetizer/snacks

"Staff were incredible and the facility is unique and fun. They even decorated our room for my daughter’s birthday which was a special touch. The food at the Redfish and Lost and Found is delicious and the pool party on Friday night is so much fun. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others!"
