"Staff was so lovely and friendly, but our room was so gross and dirty. Walls dirty, sides of desk covered in dark food, couch had smears of food/dirt, huge crumbs all over. I dropped something and had to move the tv a bit…wish I hadn’t. So dirty. Beds were comfortable and very clean feeling though. "

Moreover, I also don't have the necessary phone app to operate the washer. Hence, I had to leave to hotel and drive to a laundromat where change was available."

"This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!"

"The reason why I am giving this hotel a bad rating is because the pool and hot tub were both disgusting and 2 of our kids got skin issues because of it. My one son is covered in sores all over his stomach and some of his back. My other son had both eyes with sores on them that were painful. It was awful! As far as breakfast goes, it was pretty good except the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were pretty clean overall. "

"There are signs all over that say no parties allowed but each night that we stayed we had people next to us the first night where the kids were screaming and yelling and babies crying and then the second night we had kids next door or upstairs jumping off the bed. So it was like a party every night for everyone else so we got no sleep"
