"The staff was very nice and helpful. One night I was not felling well and they kept an eye on me so I don’t feel along. The amenities and cleanness. Convenience location, close to everything I would come back. Thanks"

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"

"Great location. There was a little construction that started in the morning (too early), but other than that, it was great."

"Property provided everything up to expectation and their buffet was excellent."

"Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. "The room was ample and well maintained and the staff was super nice and helpful, the bar is 24h and the terrace is very enjoyable , the hotel is very well located close to many restaurants and sights"

"El hotel es antiguo, es bonito. El desayuno es demasiado básico. Mínima variedad."

"prima hotel, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel"

Front desk sent an employee with a mop, bucket and towel. That did not fix the problem. Front desk employee said that the hotel was fully booked and that management was no going to be available until monday. They offerd to bumb us to a lesser quality hotel. They did. Management not being available for this...
