"I stayed there two nights the first night we checked in at 11 PM and we had no air conditioning and we didn’t realize it until about 2 AM. We were sweating., I could not sleep all night. "The property was beautiful with great amenities, my room was beautiful, but the mattress on the bed was not good. I told the front desk the bed was soft and lumpy, and the firm part of the mattress was at the bottom. I asked whether the mattress could be turned around since the hotel was booked. ..."
