North Center - Modern, Safe, Family-Friendly, Solar-Powered Apartment

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two young kids live upstairs, we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure, we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

We live upstairs, please respect quiet hours before 7 am and after 11 pm.
Please remove shoes when inside. Absolutely no glitter. Please confirm that you've read this and our house rules work for you when you book with us.
We charge a $250 cleaning fee for guests who violate our smoking policy. Guests may smoke on the front sidewalk, but not on the porch.

I can't say enough about the location and how convenient it was. I walked to great places in Lincoln Square and took a Divvy bike many other places (via lanes on Lincoln and Leavitt: so handy!). The apartment had everything I needed. I set up for remote work on the large dining table and used one bedroom for sleeping and one for my dressing room. The host replied quickly to every message and made me feel I could ask any questions. I even caught up on The Morning Show using their Apple TV!

Had a wonderful stay in Chicago,in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. So close to a grocery store, shops and nice and quiet area, in general. Our Hosts were so easy to communicate with! Lots of amenities, prompt responses & lots of TV channels! She even accommodated a shower stool for my disabiled Father. Especially loved the couch & the beds, so soft! Would love to rent here again, if possible! Thanks for making our weekend in Chicago so comfortable for my me & my parents.

Very central location, spacious, with plenty of amenities, clean, and well-maintained. Justin was very accommodating regarding an error we mutually misunderstood, for which I took responsibility for not being sufficiently clear. Street parking, but we did not have a problem finding a place. Has a nice balcony to have breakfast overlooking a garden.

Comfortable stay in North Center

We had a comfortable stay at Justin's place. It's conveniently located on a quiet street in North Center. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Main bedroom was nice size but the second bedroom was a little small. Would stay again.

Very nice!

We came to town for an event at Wrigley Field and found this location extremely convenient, clean, and the property manager was very helpful and communicative when we needed help regarding an issue within the city. The beds were comfy, plenty of seating and space to get ready and be on our way. Thank you!

We stayed for three nights as tourists visiting the Chicago museums and aquarium, which are outstanding! There was a lot of road construction on the interstates, but didn’t bother us too much

Our stay was perfect! Great location could walk to many restaurants and stores. We even walked to the Cubs game. The house was perfect, fit our family comfortably. Had everything we needed. Parking was easy and owner was very responsive, even helped send my daughters lost stuffed animal home to her. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

Super clean place and a great location! You can walk to a grocery to get a few things. There are also bars and restaurants (and a Starbucks ) within walking distance! I would definitely stay here again!
