Family Vacation

We brought our family back to my "home-town" of Chicago for a long weekend. Three generations staying together in one house. This property was excellent for us! Plenty of room, well equipped and furnished and the location was perfect! We had easy access to everything the city offers. And the parking spot was a huge plus!

Beautiful and comfortable property with a great location!

We loved having the space as a walkup and it is in a great location. It was nicely stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, paper products, etc. Other family stayed at the Godfrey (Home2 is close also) and it was close to our son's apartment, so we were all able to gather is something other than a bar. The owner was diligent in getting back to us and helping us through finding our way around the property. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing Home! Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was immaculate. Everything was new and clean. The decor was perfect. We loved the theme of the downstairs family room. The parking spot in the back of the building was key to our peace of mind during the trip. We mainly walked everywhere but did take the car out to Wrigley field and to see the Home Alone House. The location of this home is perfect for those who like to walk to attractions - the bean, navy pier, the boat tour, etc. I will recommend this home to any of my friends thinking about going to Chicago.

Wonderful stay

House was very accommodating and well stocked for a family of 4 including two teenage children. Check in was easy and as described, and location was easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again when in Chicago!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything —from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens and thoughtful extras(coffee and tea).The location was ideal—close enough to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

George was such a lovely host - very communicative, polite, and helpful. The condo itself was so awesome: extremely clean, furnishings were lovely, and just such a great space overall. We had a total of 8 adults stay, and we all fit very comfortably. Would definitely stay here again with a group!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very posh! Upscale designs, looks exactly like the pictures! Very clean! My family and I were very pleased! Now, just for info, if your traveling with an elderly or a person with restricted mobility, the full bathroom on the main floor has a very high shower/bathtub combo, thats enclosed with glass doors...getting in and out of that tub/shower can be challenging...there is another full bathroom downstairs, just note the stairway leading to it is very steep...this location is 5-10 mins away from downtown, the Chicago Riverwalk and many restaurants...there is literally a CVS pharmacy across the street! Very convenient location close to the highways...check in was flawless, parking for one car is free...we had no issues, thank you George!

Fabulous property at fantastic downtown location!

This spacious condo was perfect for our family of 7. Having a parking spot was a huge help and the location was incredibly convenient for use of public transport throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay there again!

Magnificent home! Great location! Amazing host! That's the VRBO trifecta -- what more can you ask for? George took great care of us and we had a wonderful time. We can't wait to get back, and this place will be our first choice the next time we are in Chicago.

Great place for a friend reunion

This home filled our every need for a three couples getaway. We easily walked or took an Uber to restaurants and shopping. The property is beautiful and had room for parking two cars. We totally enjoyed our time together in a convenient wonderful place!

A perfect fit…

This property was as advertised…spacious, premium accommodations, and a location that can’t be beat. We had two families…two parents and one child each, and this worked out perfectly. The kids split the room with a double bed day/trundle bed, and each couple had their own king bedroom. Two fulls baths and a half bath. Full downstairs living room where the adults can hang while the kids sleep. Great kitchen. The property owner, George, was so great to work with…can’t say enough about him. Super responsive. Quick and eager to help. Kind and generous with his time. I wish every property owner was like this. Definitely worth the price tag.

What A Rental!!

We couldn’t have had a better experience with our stay at George’s place! The location was perfect and the recommendations from the property owner were spot on. The pictures don’t do the property justice…it is beautiful. The small things matter…WiFi was awesome, music throughout the house via Bluetooth was a nice touch as well. You won’t be disappointed with this property.
