    Arroyo features a Carriage House that can be rented as an add-on option to the main house,  which increases the number of guests to nine.

    Come enjoy Arroyo as a getaway or as a place to gather, surrounded by the beauty of Lake Chelan. In 2016, this home was featured as the Resort Home of The Year by 425 Magazine ... the design and details are a visual delight! The photograph menu captures the stunning setting and eclectic, yet comfortable, furnishings.

    Arroyo is situated in the Upper Bluff group of homes with an 180+ degree view of the lake and mountains. The sloping lawn adds extra lounging and play space. It’s an easy stroll to the Lookout Hilltop main pool, upper park and featured play areas. The marina and swim cove are just down the hill.

    The main level of the house is dedicated to open and flowing public spaces. The living room, dining room, and kitchen can hold your style of entertaining. Chefs and company will appreciate the kitchen for meal prep and serving. Walk-in pantry, separate ice maker, wine cooler and two dishwashers make the party easy. With the warm weather, slide open the 20-foot wall of windows and enjoy the additional space of the covered porch. Outdoor sofas and fire table entreat you to linger. The powder bathroom and laundry are also on this level - tidy.

    Bedrooms are on the upper level and all enjoy views of lake and mountains. Ample pillows and linens are designed for your comfort. Both main bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bathroom for the Bunk room is across the hall.

    The Carriage House can be rented for an additional fee. It has a sectional couch/chaise with a queen memory foam bed. Quite comfy! Large ottoman, chairs, beverage refrigerator and 48” Sony HDTV ensure another lounging area. Walk-in closet and 3/4 bathroom complete this cozy space.

The property was clean, but the deck needs some work as the stain is worn, we kept getting slivers in our feet, some light bulbs were burnt out inside the house, and it could use a good pressure washing on the outside.

This trip was made for my sister's bachelorette celebration and the 7 of us had an incredible time thanks to this rental and the Lookout! The lake view was beautiful, the neighborhood was adorable, and it was a very quaint and relaxing weekend for us. We appreciate the comfort and care that was provided to us for those three days. We also love how close in location we were to multiple wineries and the wonderful ciderhouse down the hill. We would all book again!

The AC was a bit difficult to figure out, as it didn't seem to turn on in one of the bedrooms. And the golf cart crew had their stop outside of the home which was wonderful and convenient until they started their engines (the cards are VERY loud) at 10pm to end their shift. All together the house and location was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The house has a beautiful view from every room so even quarantine-ing while away was comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook in - great appliances and plenty of counter space. The pool was closer by and fairly empty. The house is right on the path to get down to the beach. The backyard lawn was perfect for bocce. Our favorite lookout house so far!

Now that we’ve had a taste of the amazing community we won’t stay anywhere else. The pool area, kids playground, bocce courts, and open lawn are perfect for a family trip! The arroyo house we rented was spectacular - great layout, gorgeous interiors, and a stunning 180* view of the lake. Can’t say enough great things about this spot!
