Lake Norman Dream Condo - 1st floor newly furnished Lake Norman vacation rental condo located on a beautiful cove of Lake Norman surrounded by a boardwalk leading to private marina. Boat slip may be available on a first come, first served basis!

This condo has 3 bedrooms. The master has a new king bed, large walk in closet, entrance to patio with views of lake. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and desk with chair. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, one which includes trundle bed with twin mattress. Each bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan. Also included with unit is play-n-pack porta crib and high chair.

2 full bathrooms. Master bath has large soaker tub and double vanity. 2nd bathroom has large walk in shower.

Full kitchen with new appliances and compete set of plates, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.

Spacious and open living and dining room feature new and comfortable furnishings. Gas fireplace and cable TV.

Patio with dining and sitting space overlooks a beautiful cove on Lake Norman surrounded by boardwalk. A huge perk of staying a 1st floor unit in this complex is the ability to walk directly from the patio to the waterfront!

This unit may include a boat slip for you to park your own boat or a rental from a nearby marina! Please let us know if you'll be needing a slip when you book, so that we can reserve it for you if available!

No pets are allowed.

Guests have access to outdoor pool overlooking lake and tennis court. Pool to open May 1st. Tennis rackets and balls available for guest use. Located next to Port City Club waterfront restaurant.

Please note that trailer parking/storage is not allowed, but private options are available nearby.

Pool - All residents & guests must obey posted MAX capacity requirements.

Great location with Boat access

We had a great time at the lake. Its been on our bucket list to take our boat and enjoy the lake. Did alot of skiing, wake boarding, surfing and hanging out at the islands to cool off. The condo was perfect for us, played some pickle ball, hung out by the pool. We were able to get a boat slip next to the condo, perfect location, walk out to your dock. Adventured by boat and stopped at five restaurants on the water with dock access... mansions galore on the water... what a great place, would do it again!! Thank you

Convenient location

The unit we stayed in was very convenient and clean. The bedrooms drapery made sleeping a bit difficult due to it letting in a lot of outside light (perhaps the use of a dark out shade would be helpful). We enjoyed the Lake!

Look no further!

Our trip to Lake Norman was perfect and this sweet condo made it just that! We enjoyed the porch at all times of the day, such a beautiful breeze and view :) The living room couch was so cozy and the dining room table was the spot for such great food and games - our family of 4 stayed together as comfortably as we do at home! Soft linens, firm beds but above all -- CLEAN. I can't wait to book it again!

Comfy Condo in Cornelius

The condo is exactly as shown in the listing. It was spacious and clean, the communication with Katie was excellent. My sisters and I enjoyed our time at the condo and especially the outside porch, where we could enjoy the outdoors even though it was raining! The area is great, we walked to Port City restaurant, which was wonderful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, the only thing that could've improved it was some sunshine, nothing to do with the condo though!

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything that we needed, was close to restaurants, and had a great view. Our only negative was that we were on the first floor, and although the rental agreement asked folks on the upper floors to be quiet after bedtime, those above us walked all around their condo until 1 am. It was very difficult to get to sleep when the disturbing noise keep happening. This does not in any way take away from the wonderful weekend that we spent at this condo.
