"The hotel and rooms were very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. The noise level both inside the hotel and outside of the hotel is what lowered our rating and experience. The walls are paper thin."

Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel
"Room was spacious with a great sitting area. Best hotel breakfast ever (included eggs, pancakes, etc). Oddly, the bathroom was small and lacked a counter for toiletries. Shuffle to/from the airport was great. Call after arriving and they will send the shuttle for you. Staff all very friendly and ..."

"Room and staff were great. Building and parking are a bit confusing so be prepared. You need your room key to get in and out of the gated lot. Not an issue until you turn in your key and need to leave. Then it gets tricky. Nice food in the hotel!"

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
"Overall good stay, was a little strange to go to the 13th floor (yes also strange they had a 13th floor) to check in. Room very nice modern. Got two free drink tickets. Elevators a little slow, but nice that only can get to your floor with a key card. Parking was not in a garage attached rather all ..."
