"This is a very nice hotel. It is small and very well-appointed. The staff are professional and efficient; the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The room service is delicious and fresh. "Beautiful hotel! The property is right across the street from Daikin Park. The Astros game started at 3pm and we were able to check in early. The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. "Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor."
