"I stayed here for three nights cleaning stuff never cleaned my room. I had to track a Cleaning Lady to get towels so we can take a shower horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody if there was less than one star I would give them. And when we were checking out, I mentioned that to the GERMAN at the front desk all he said he’s gonna email the Cleaning manager didn’t even apologize."

"Hicimos la reserva por Xpedia por una habitación con dos camas dobles y cuando llegamos a registrarnos nos dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad y que teníamos que pagar otra habitación. Afortunadamente una empleada muy consciente nos logró acomodar en una habitación con una cama extra. Realmente fue un problema lograr tener la habitación limpia durante nuestra estancia. "Loved the room, very spacious and modern decor, beautiful lobby, super easy and fast check in, staff was very helpful. Restaurant very nice and food was very good, loved that the brunch extended until 4pm and there was no need to rush to get ready to catch breakfast. Great location, easy access to Metro, valet service was great. Overall, it was a wonderful place, would definitively stay here again!!!"

"To start with the front desk, staff was so nice and check in on Saturday was so smooth, unfortunately the bar closed early on our first night, which was a bummer but the next night on Sunday it was very nice to be up there in the evening. The rooms do have a refrigerator, but do not have a microwave and there is no pool at this location. Our stay was great."

He explained everything thoroughly and even offered us water or a glass of wine, which was such a nice touch for our Father’s Day getaway. The valet attendants were also fantastic.
