"Really good! But if you're on the first floor or facing the front, you'll hear all the party goers. However it's manageable and you can always take ear plugs. Staff were great, especially the girl with the red hair. Breakfast is great and has to go bags for quick snacks or breakfast. Coffee and tea is free 24/7. Ideal location for tourists and close to parks."

"Very inexpensive for the time we were there (not peak) and met the need for a place to stay for one quick night, so ultimately it was fine but if you are staying multiple nights for a vacation, I recommend choosing a different property as the building is a bit old and the customer service was hit and miss."

"Our stay was OKAY. The construction on the exterior was annoying. The room had some odd stains by the bathroom area, other than that it was clean. The location was perfect. Right across the street from ICON park. Close walking distance to several restaurants and the trolley is great too."
