The resorts as a whole was nice. The room was a hole in a different way.

Courtyard by Marriott Key West Waterfront
Nice grounds, pool and hot tub. Good location. We chose it so we were not in the center of town. Only drawback was received room service 2 out of the 6 nights. We had to eventually empty our own garbages. Staff gave us fresh towels and supplies. We did complain once but we were just fed up with it ...

Oceans Edge Key West Resort, Hotel & Marina
Staff was extremely nice. Hotel and grounds was gorgeous!

Margaritaville Beach House Key West
Front desk staff of Yvelin, Ashley and Gary were fantastic. Location was a challenge and it was difficult to get on the free downtown shuttle. They should have been running 2 at peak times due to the high occupancy of the hotel.
