"We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again "

"Our suite was spotless and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast menu, we also had a family meal one evening, which was delicious. The staff were mega friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed there several times and it’s always a pleasure. The Crown is our go-to place when in Norfolk. "

"The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have encountered. They were chatty and took their time to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The food - both dinner and breakfast- was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and clean ."

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!"
