"The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...

"Ich möchte auf jeden Fall zwei Aspekte ansprechen, die verbessert werden sollten. Erstens wäre es sinnvoll, die Matratzen zu erneuern, um den Gästen einen besseren Schlafkomfort zu bieten. Zweitens ist der Speisesaal, in dem alle Gäste zusammenkommen, oft überfüllt, sodass es schwierig ist, einen Platz zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden und könnte vielfältiger gestaltet werden. Allerdings finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt durchaus in Ordnung. "
