Our small, family-run holiday home in the idyllic mountain village of Bulla, above Ortisei in Val Gardena, is surrounded by forests, meadows and the majestic Dolomites. Here you will find a place to relax, slow down and be active, be it hiking directly from the house or skiing in the nearby Sella Ronda ski area. Let yourself be welcomed by our genuine hospitality in a family atmosphere and enjoy a holiday far away from the hustle and bustle.

The interior of our two carefully maintained holiday flats leaves nothing to be desired: A cosy bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom offers a retreat for restful nights. The inviting living room with fully equipped kitchenette invites you to feel at home. In addition, fresh bed linen, fluffy towels and free Wi-Fi access provide additional comfort during your stay.

Our spacious garden with sunbathing lawn, garden furniture and deckchairs is the ideal place to relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Enjoy the sun while admiring the breathtaking view of the Dolomites. Direct access to the garden from the holiday flats makes it easy for you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and relax in idyllic surroundings.

The area surrounding the holiday home is a paradise for hikers and skiers. The Dolomites offer a spectacular backdrop for outdoor activities at any time of year. Well-developed hiking trails and rustic mountain huts invite you to go on extended tours in the warmer months, while in winter the Dolomiti Superski area beckons with its 1,220 km of perfectly groomed pistes.
