"The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages. "

"We were in Austria but the rains closed all the trains. We decided to go to the Interlaken area. Hotel Alpenrose was the only hotel that wasn’t double our budget. It is really more of a cozy bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a little bit out of the way but the trains are so easy in Switzerland than it wasn’t an issue. The ride back gave us time to get caught on emails and send pictures and texts friends and family. We would stay there again. "

"We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Grandhotel Giessbach and wow, what a place! The hotel is certainly grand and is located in the most beautiful location I've ever seen, overlooking Lake Brienz with the Giessbach falls only metres away! The staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast was great, the bar was lovely, the Les Cascades restaurant was lovely, the surrounding park and trails were truly beautiful! However, my only complaint is that we had to pay 15CHF per night for parking....

"The location is great, quiet, nice views, close to Hiking trails. Had dinner & breakfast there with friends. Food is delicious, service was good &staff are helpful & accomodating"

"とても気持ちよの良いホテルでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、寄り添ってくれました。語学に不安があったのですが、ちょうどタイミングよくレストランで働く日本人スタッフの方がいらっしゃり、明日早く出かけたいこと、その場合は朝食をテイクアウトできるように用意してもらえることを間に入って調整していただきました。あと、近くにバス停があってそこからグリンデルワルトターミナル駅まで17分で行けるので、ユングラウエリアに向かうにもとても便利。部屋からの景色も素晴らしく、もう一度利用したいくらいです。"

"Loved the exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful. The room (panoramic view) was incredible, very spacious with amazing view of Mt. Eiger. Breakfast was tasty. Very walkable in Grindelwald and to/from train station. Stellar stay, I would definitely stay again! "

"ParkHotel Schoenegg is in just the right place. Near to the train station, next to Grindelwald First and right around many dinning choices. The staff are all great and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast is great and their dinner is also delicious."

"Eiger Mountain Soul resorts staff were amazing. If you were standing anywhere at the hotel, multiple staff would asks if you needed something. Very clean, great dining, and in the main part of town, near the train station. If you stay there, you can walk either direction from the hotel to find nice restaurants and shops. Great gym facility and the private whirlpool eas awesome. Would stay again."

"Very good experience during our stay at the Grinderwalderhof. I had access to my room even arriving earlier than informed. The parking at the hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly and gave precise information about the local transportation and places to visit. Very good breakfast. View wonderful from balcony."

"The views of the Eiger are absolutely fantastic. Modern well provisioned rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast or use the TV lounge but both available along with communal kitchen for pm meals you can cater for yourself. Really enjoyed our stay albeit wished I’d clearly understood the bathroom was across the corridor (for our use only) and what comes with a standard room. Would have upgraded if I’d recognised this at booking. In the end no issue."
