This centrally located home has everything you need for a fun and family friendly stay. Just a short walk to two famous luxury resorts, excellent local coffee, dine-in movies, grocery, delectable restaurants, and more! Hop in the car or grab a bike and you're a few miles to world class golfing, pristine Carlsbad and Encinitas beaches, the Carlsbad Village, Leucadia, Encinitas, the iconic Hwy 101, and LEGOLAND CA! Planning a fun day trip? Head to Disney, Knotts, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo and more!

Living Area- The living area is large and comfortable, serving as a central gathering space for relaxation and socializing. It offers ample seating, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming ambiance for guests to enjoy quality time together.

Kitchen- The kitchen is bright and inviting. The perfect command center for your stay. It's equipped with modern appliances, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease during their stay. It provides everything needed for cooking and dining. In the kitchen you will also find a coffee/tea bar as well as eat-in seating.

Dining/Board Game Room- Enjoy games together as a family, or grab a book and retreat to one of the many nooks throughout the space.

Backyard- Come back from a day of fun and relax in this spacious and private backyard. Play full size chess, curl up in the hammock, BBQ, or play guitar by the fire pit and enjoy!

Garage- In the garage you will find everything needed for a fun day at the beach: Boogie boards, wagon, wetsuits, sand toys, chairs, and more! Additionally you will have access to a washer/dryer located in the garage.

Bedrooms:
The Rhododendron Room- This primary room is both spacious and comfortable. It features a king-size bed, dedicated workspace, and plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. This space is perfect for those who need to get some work done during their stay. Additionally, there's a television for entertainment, and the ensuite luxury bathroom adds a touch of elegance and convenience.

The Poppy Room- This room offers a king-size bed for plenty of space while sleeping. It also includes a dedicated workspace and a television as well.

The Lily Room- This room features a cozy queen-size bed and television. Additionally, there is a portable cot located in the closet, providing flexibility for sleeping accommodations.

Bathrooms- There are two bathrooms in the home. Both renovated and designed with aesthetics and functionality in mind. They offer modern fixtures and amenities, providing a luxurious experience for guests.

Entertainment Options- The house features various entertainment options, including shuffleboard, life-size chess, Connect Four, a fire pit, corn hole, and a Nintendo Switch. Additionally the home includes a library full of books and games for all ages. These amenities provide opportunities for fun and bonding among guests during their stay.

Please park in driveway or garage. If necessary you may park on the street but do not park within 15 ft of fire hydrant across the street.
Please make sure garbage is within cans in the side of the house. Garbage will be taken out for you on Wednesday evenings.

Penn State - USC couples weekend

We traveled from the east coast to watch Penn State beat USC!! The weather was amazing and location was ideal since our friends lived a half mile away. The backyard was so beautiful and loved sitting there to enjoy the sunrise and cool evenings. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was extremely welcoming and responsive.

A beautiful home for our stay

The house was perfect for the six of us. It had so many fun things to do and a ton of space for all of us. The backyard was so nice to have and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The house was also extremely clean. We were all so happy with the house and kept complimenting it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best VRBO we have ever rented!!

This house was truly amazing. Spotless throughout and stocked with everything you need. So perfect for our family trip to Legoland. So many games for the kids and of course legos, along with books. The backyard had so many sitting areas along with a hammock. Enjoyed dinner each night in the backyard along with coffee each morning. We arrived and there was a note with a bottle of wine. The garage had every item you need for the beach along with wet suits and a wagon. Our Granddaughter enjoyed using the boogie board. Communication was quick and efficient. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this place was by far the best ever. If you’re planning a trip to Legoland or just want to check out Carlsbad this is a great place to stay..Thank you to our wonderful hosts!!!!

Amazing Property... Amazing Hosts! We will be back!!!

My family and I recently stayed at this incredible vacation rental and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was meticulously maintained and every detail was thoroughly thought out. The home was so inviting, airy, bright and spotless. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after our long days at the beach and the backyard was such a great space to relax and play in! My daughter loved the hammock :-) The property was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. From coffee and tea pods, all the items to make delicious waffles, tons of games, a karaoke machine, makeup removal towels AND everything you could possibly use for a day at the beach. They even had ice packs in the fridge for our cooler! This made it easy to have no worries...relax and thoroughly enjoy our stay. Whether we were cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or lounging in one of the several cozy living spaces, it felt like a true home away from home. The thoughtful touches throughout the property definitely enhanced our experience, and the location was ideal for accessing local attractions. So close to the grocery store and amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Carlsbad. We look forward to booking again for next years trip! A huge THANK YOU to Kelly and her family for being the most attentive and thoughtful hosts.
