This delightful vacation rental boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with charming, classic pieces that enhance the home's warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a coastal getaway.

One bedroom features a cozy double bed, while three bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed for a restful stay. The fifth bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a single bed and an additional floor mattress, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests.

Inside, a piano in the living room stands ready for those eager to fill the house with music. The home also features a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking or simply want the comforts of home during their stay.

Outside, our patio serves as a peaceful retreat, overlooking the tranquil Soquel Creek—an ideal spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a good book.

The outdoor patio on the river is completely separated from the house, which is on the street side of the property.  Please note: the beautiful fenced Riverfront lawn area is shared with the front house, where the very friendly owner and his family occasionally stay.

Best of all, all of Capitola's attractions are just a stone's throw away. From restaurants to shops and the beach, everything is within easy walking distance.

Capitola is California’s oldest seaside resort town and continues to be a popular spot for those looking for a picturesque, quaint, and relaxing vacation destination. Capitola has a unique charm with its beautiful beaches and historic and colorful architecture, reminiscent of a Mediterranean village. The perfect spot to visit year-round, you will find an idyllic sleepy beach town in the Winter months and a bustling beach destination in the Summer months.

**Please note: there is street parking only, and no dedicated parking spot. You will be provided with a Village Parking Pass to place on your dashboard. The back patio may be shared occasionally with the owners and their family, but the river's edge patio is exclusively for guest use!

This house was so beautiful and comfortable for our family gathering. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is nice eating/gathering space. The host was very responsive, with timely check in details and checks throughout the visit to make sure everything was in order.

Very convenient location if you want to walk and explore Capitola. It was a 2 minute walk from downtown and 3-4 minutes to the beach. Over night parking (for 2nd vehicle) at Village was a short 5 minute walk past the police station / Capitola Museum. The home is located so close to the beach that we could hear the waves and seagulls in the mornings. Great, convenient and nice place to stay! Would definitely book again.

The best location and 5 full bedrooms. Parking was not bad, the city lot is close and you pay 11 a day to park. It was also easy to use the spot in front of the house. You honestly do not need a car while staying here.

The place is great! It is clean, comfortable, has a shared deck with nice views and access to the creek. The rooms are neat, clean towels in the bathroom. The house has everything you need to prepare meals, and a nice dinning room. The house is close to restaurants, local shops, the beach.

Family Getaway

Perfect spot to gather with family on the river and walk to the beach. The house accommodated our multigenerational family with a bedroom for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It’s an ideal location and a very comfortable house! The piano was also a highlight for the musicians in the group.

Great house, amazing location

This house is perfect for a large family wanting to be close to the beach and the village. We parked our car and didn’t use it all weekend. The check-in process was super easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

The house was great and slept everyone great. The only issues we had were poor internet and all bathrooms didn’t have locks . The only think that couple have made a better stay is maybe some river toys and some wash area for sandy feet

Lovely location

Our stay was wonderful. Because we have stayed at this home many times over the years, a few things were not as we have the pleasure of experiencing on the past. 1. Fire Pit on the Riverview deck 2. The back deck was not organized (table and chairs were stacked and not cleaned)…the owner was present and had his tools in the deck area making it awkward for us to allow children to play. 3. The oven took an extremely long time to pre-heat and the warmer drawer did not work. 4. The house vacuum left more debris on the carpets than it picked up so may need maintenance . I realize the recent storms have had a negative effect on beach area homes and I understand what a toll this has taken on this pristine environment. All in all, we appreciate the opportunity to continue our family memories in our favorite beach community. Thank you.

The location is great but to be clear this is not directly on riverwalk but has access to a patio on the river. Also the wifi did not work our entire stay (which sucked as there is very poor cellular reception). I called and the managment company had us connecting to a wifi in the rental across the street, which did not work for most of the rental.

Perfect Location!

Overall the vacation was great! You could not ask for a better location. House was fully stocked and comfortable. The code didn't work when we checked in but the managment quicky updated for us.There were not closests in any of the bedrooms so we had to hang our clothes in the hall closests. Met the owners and they were very, very nice. I didn't realize we were to share the deck on the water but it was only one day and it was fine. It's noted there's not dedicated parking, however, parking in the Village is easy even on a busy week. Best location there for a large home!
