"Great experience all around."

"Jennifer is a kind and gracious hostess, communication with her was easy and prompt. Everything at the Orange Rose is kept neat and well appointed. Hot Tubbin' was so much fun! Definitely recommend Poncho's authentic Mexican restaurant and order their large frozen Margueritas to go - 'goes great (in plastic cups) with the hot tub! :) :) Thanks for a great stay!!"

"The description is accurate. The room is clean and comfortable and the location is ideal. Earl, the host, responds in a timely manner if you have any questions. I highly recommend this location."

"Excellent commutation. Great location. Very clean"

"Good communication prior to and on arrival. Enjoyed the amenities TV, Hot Tub, and grilling. Not a bad ride up to the race track. Thank you"

"I always look for this place when staying downtown Albany. Best value for the price for an individual (or a couple, although I was not so fortunate to include my "other"). Ideal location for State Street jobs and very comfortable."

"Great place with a great location. Parking was smooth with easy street parking that the host registered us for so we didn’t have to move our car. Bed was super comfortable and it was great having the front room that overlooked the park. Walking access to a number of great bars and restaurants. Also loved walking through the park in the morning. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, so be prepared for that. It worked fine for us, but may be difficult if you have mobility concerns. Great communication with...

"Wonderful accommodations right in the heart of Albany! I was in town for a work trip, and this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared everything was. The home was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed after long days of meetings and exploring the city. The foam mattress was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had away from home. The deep soaking...

"Good location for sightseeing around the north east and New England"

"Well kept up historic apartment near downtown. "

"Cheap for a reason. Might be good for younger folks who don’t mind noise, lots of activity, some safety concerns, and can tolerate some grossness. One concerning thing was the blinds in the bathroom were damaged and allowed people outside to see into the bathroom. My partner and I wouldn’t even sit on any of the furniture because it was all stained with who-knows-what. The bed seemed clean and was relatively comfortable. All we needed was a place to sleep so it was ok. We would not book again,...

"Chris was a great host! Will use him again for sure!"

"Roomy, comfortable place to spend the night. It’s a converted space, attached to the rear of the owners house. Tesla charger less than 3 miles away, and quick to interstate. No trouble with food close by (though the local diner on the corner—easy walk— was closed when I was there). Otherwise, very nice layover on your roadtrip."
