Welcome to your dream vacation rental in beautiful Cannon Beach, Oregon! This stunning 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is ideally located just one block from the pristine beach along the Oregon Coast, offering you the perfect coastal getaway. Located in the southern part of Cannon Beach, you can fly a kite, build a sand castle or take in the stunning sunsets.

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting main living area. This cozy space features two comfortable couches and a lounging chair, all centered around a warm fireplace with a flat-screen TV mounted above it. The abundance of natural light from two large windows along the front wall fills the room with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. There's even a convenient powder room just off this main living area.

The modern kitchen, located towards the back of the home, boasts a breakfast bar with seating for two. To the left of the kitchen is a charming dining area, where a table with three chairs and a bench sits under two large windows offering picturesque views of the surrounding area. Sliding glass doors along the back wall of the kitchen lead to a covered back patio. Here, you'll find a table and chairs, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace. This fenced-in oasis provides a private space to relax and reminisce about your day's adventures.

The first primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a comfortable King bed, a closet, a sliding glass door leading outside, and an attached bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Just down the hall from this bedroom is a convenient laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and ample storage space for any of your beach gear.

Head up the stairs just inside the front door to the upper level, where you'll discover two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second primary bedroom on this level boasts another King bed, a large closet, a chair, and expansive windows that offer glimpses of the majestic Pacific Ocean. This bedroom also features an attached private bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Perfect for the kids, the third bedroom on the upper level features a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. This room comes complete with a TV, a small table with two chairs, and a comfortable loveseat. Access to the third bathroom is shared by this bedroom and the hallway, offering a convenient shower/tub combo and a double vanity. You can also step out onto the upper deck from the hallway upstairs, where you can soak in the fresh coastal air and enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets.
