"The staff was very attentive. The only thing I found odd and dangerous were the bathtubs. All the rooms we stayed in had very slippery bathtubs. My adult son slipped in the shower and broke the glass wall and cut himself (small cuts) all over his back and one of his legs. The staff was very attentive ..."

Sonesta Hotel Cali
"The entire from the front desk , door man restaurant staff from breakfast along with the lady that cleaned my room was top notch and professional. I will be traveling back to Cali in 5 months and I will be staying at the Sonesta Hotel. Great A1 job. Keep it up. See everyone soon."

NH Cali Royal
"The hotel Lobby looks good, but from there is not in good condition. Their central HVAC system barely cools the rooms, ours was not cooling at all and management said too bad, no solution. The rooms don’t have fans when we asked for them the hotel didn’t have any."
