The Space:

This one-bedroom beachfront condo in Terrasol Beach Resort sleeps up to 4 guests in Cabo San Lucas. The standout? A private rooftop terrace with ocean views and sunset seating — the only unit in the complex with this feature.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The bedroom features a king bed with quality linens, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening curtains on glass doors that open to an ocean-view balcony. The sitting room sofa converts to a double bed for extra guests. The bathroom is finished with traditional Mexican tile and includes a laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and vibrant Mexican artwork. Wall-to-wall doors open the space to a balcony with cushioned lounge chairs where you can catch the ocean breeze. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster — everything you need to cook at home. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or gather for meals at the dining table — both work great if you need to catch up on emails or get some work done.



Outdoor Amenities

Head up to your private rooftop terrace for sun loungers, outdoor seating, a gas BBQ, and front-row sunset views over the Pacific. Good To Know

WiFi and in-unit laundry make longer stays easy. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. The marina, beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and downtown Cabo's famous nightlife are all within a five- to ten-minute walk.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
