"Casa de las Brisas Marina" is a 5 star rated private vacation condo. Available Short or long term, located in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas marina. FREE WIFI. It is newly re-decorated with comfortable new furniture, has stunning views of the marina and is within walking distance of the beach, dozens of restaurants and night clubs, gift shops and much more!

Sleeps 2 people comfortably in a king sized bed. Floor to ceiling glass slides open to give way to your private oasis on the marina!

This suite is located on the second floor of suites and is accessible through the security gate via the stairs on the street side of the building. This suite has a brand new King size bed, flat screen TV, FREE WIFI in the unit and on the balcony, guest controlled air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, barbeque grill on the balcony, semi private pool and much more!

You can walk to swimmable Medano Beach with our furnished beach chairs and beach towels. Also within steps is downtown. Close by is the famous Cabo Wabo Cantina, Squid Roe, shopping, excursions and DEEP SEA SPORTFISHING!

All excursions are either within walking distance, or they will pick you up in the lobby of the condo building.

There is free parking either in the provided parking lot or on the street near the unit entrance.

With all the comforts of home You will not want to stay anywhere else!

FANTASTIC!!!! Scot was a great host. The condo was perfectly located on the marina, a close walk to the beach and in the middle of great shops and restaurants. The view was beautiful and the room itself is steps from the pool. All of this made it easy to go out for activities and take breaks back in our room. We loved that there were beach chairs, a cooler and 2 cold beers waiting for us. Scot allowed us a very early check in which made our arrival even easier. The bed was very comfortable as well. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

I've stayed at the Cabo Marina Plaza 2 previous trips in similar studios. This one is by far the nicest one I've been in. Kitchen is well-appointed. Everything works and looks great. Linens provided enough for 1 person for 1 week, more people will require replacement at an extra fee. Close to everything, you won't need a car. Would stay again.

This room overlooks the marina, so if you’re looking for complete quiet, this might not be the place for you. That said, we loved our stay. It’s close to the beach, and the host provided beach chairs and a cooler, which was a great touch. The area feels very safe, and we really enjoyed the pool. The only downside was the bed — it’s extremely soft, so we ended up sleeping on the couch all week for a firmer surface. The kitchen is well stocked, though it could use a few wine glasses. The balcony is perfect and even comes with a BBQ. Staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Scott is very attentive and available. The location and view is the best in the marina! Everything worked perfectly in the condo , close to beach and the rooftop pool is a really nice touch, also great view! Would recommend it to the Pope!

Excellent location and condo! We stayed for a few nights then left for La Paz for a couple of nights. We returned to the same condo for another week. The owner was easy to communicate with and was prompt with his reply. Well maintained home-we would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great Marina location

This place was exactly what we were looking for. We love the Cabo Marina. Food, shops, and some nightlife nearby. The first night i really wanted to keep the patio door open, because the weather was great. It was a little loud. After that we just closed the door and turned on the AC. It was very comfortable. The owner gave great information to prepare for the stay.

Just Perfect.......

Overall, this condo can easily be summarized in one word...fabulous! Here is a quick rundown on the condo, property, and attractions we experienced. Being a VRBO, I was expecting a total self-service experience. As soon as we arrived, a gentleman greeted us, checked us in, gave us a tour of the property, and brought our bags to the condo. I paid the 4 dollars for the huge 5-gallon jug of water which he also brought to the room. The condo itself is modern, clean, and perfect for the single or couple looking for an unbeatable location. The view of the marina from the balcony is exactly why you come to Cabo. Watching the boats, sea lions, and people while we had coffee was awesome! The rooftop pool overlooking the marina is only about 20 steps from the condo's front door. Food, drinks, snacks, etc. can be found on the first floor of the building or within close walking distance around the marina. Capital Sushi on the first floor was SUPER good and extremely reasonable. I come to Cabo 2-3 times per year and fish just about every trip. It was just my wife and I on this trip so we did not need a big boat. We booked on the El Chivo Loco which is docked directly in front of the building. We booked a 5hr trip and it was 375. The boat is perfect for 2-3 people, and we caught / released 1 marlin with multiple opportunities. Last but not lease, Scot our host was super responsive and made understanding the logistics of the condo easy! We cannot wait until the next trip!

Wonderful Week in Cabo

We loved the condo and staying in the marina! Everything was as described. Very lively location. Front desk was always helpful and very friendly.There are a lot of stairs and music well into the night - if those aren’t for you, do not stay anywhere near the marina.

Perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I took a quick 5 day trip down to Cabo and wanted to stay in the marina area due to all of the restaurants, bars and activities that were located nearby. This condo was perfect for that. It was right in the middle of the action. We found the condo to be clean, spacious for two and equipped with everything we needed. If we had any questions or request, the gentleman at the front desk was more than willing to help. We enjoyed our time sitting out on the patio watching the people, boats and the sea lions. Great, relaxing time!

Awesome Location!

The place was on a great location. Very centralized to everything ( restaurants, bars and beach) the balcony was always enjoyable for Morning coffee overlooking the marina. Scot was very prompt to any questions we had. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was grest also. Security was also great. Locked gates and doors to all accesses.Highly recommend a stay here if you want to be in the middle of the action.

Anniversary vacay

The location of the studio condo was fabulous. We sat on our balcony every day watching the beautiful boats come and go all day long. It was very peaceful. We walked the marina every day enjoying people watching. Had some wonderful meals at a few restaurants on the boardwalk and liked having the option of cooking at home as well. The only comment I will make is we did find it very noisy at night from a night club a block or so away. As noise carries so much at night it was hard to sleep some nights. Other than that is was a wonderful stay and we loved Our first trip to Cabo San Lucas.

Had every thing one could need. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet, given the location. Patio looked out over marina. I would stay again. Only tiny complaint would be the tile floor could have been a little cleaner. Solo female traveler and I felt safe in the location at night
