  • ¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! ¡Te alojarás en un gran estudio en la ubicación perfecta para tener acceso a todo lo que Cabo tiene para ofrecer! ¡Magníficas vistas del puerto deportivo desde el balcón privado y salir por la puerta a todo! No se necesita automóvil ni taxi cuando se hospeda en este condominio actualizado. Estás a pasos de restaurantes, tiendas, actividades y la famosa playa de Medano. No te preocupes, DISFRUTA !!

    La unidad está en el primer piso, accesible por escaleras y un ascensor en un ala segura (bloqueada) del edificio. Hay seguridad las 24 horas en la recepción.

    Hay una cama queen más un sofá cama, aire acondicionado nuevo, mucho espacio de almacenamiento para invitados, una cocina rudimentaria con cafetera, placa de inducción de un solo quemador, tostadora, horno a la parrilla.

    El balcón da al puerto deportivo y al noroeste hacia Pedregal con una hermosa vista al atardecer.

    Justo afuera del edificio, Cabo espera! Cientos de restaurantes, bares, tiendas se encuentran a pocos pasos. La famosa playa de Medano está a solo unos minutos a pie, y los taxis acuáticos están allí para llevarlo a los arcos de Lover s Beach y Land s End. Pase sus días buceando, pescando en alta mar, haciendo turismo o descansando en la playa. Esta casa es pasos para todo! O alquilar un automóvil y visitar las ciudades vecinas de Todos Santos, Cerritos Beach, San José o East Cape. Compre en el centro comercial Puerto Paraíso de primera clase, justo dentro del puerto deportivo. O ir a observar ballenas y bucear, y bailar toda la noche ... La vida nocturna de Cabo es calurosa ya solo unos minutos.

The condo was perfect for the two of us! Cameron’s communication was unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay as very nice and secure and the room had everything you need.

The property was very nice and secure. It is located overseeing the marina and walking distance to everything so it has something for everyone. The room is very nice and has everything you would need. The bbq came in handy as cooked hamburgers for some of the venders down below. Would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our extended stay overlooking the Marina.The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The space was well thought out. The binder of information provided was incredibly helpful, and we greatly appreciated how responsive the host was when we had questions.

Place is fantastic location. 5 min walk to a massive great food store. Restaurants all around. Beautiful boats coming and going. Right in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas action. Host was very helpful as well. Great price. Well equipped with even salt, pepper, spices, the basics. On site team in the lobby very friendly and helpful as well. Will stay there again for SURE..!!!

We had an amazing stay. The Owner communication was excellent. It was easy to find the building and check in. The location is amazing. I felt the place was more spacious than I expected. Kitchen was great. We had a great time.

Awesome stay! Host was very responsive and had great suggestions on the location. Beach chairs and umbrella were both big helps. Water filter system also really handy. Great location near everything

It was a great experience staying here, Cam is really attentful and helped me with anything I needed. I will say, I didn't mind it but it does get noisy in the morning with everyone opening up the shops and people cleaning the boats so something to think about if you plan on having long nights in Cabos. For me 10/10 experience

Great unit in a perfect location…Very clean, easy access to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, all wonderful additions. Excellent communication with owner. Close to shops, bars, restaurants. Highly recommend this unit!!!

This is a nice little studio with a comparably large kitchen area and nice sized bathroom. AC was nice and cool along with ceiling fans to move the air around. Great little balcony looks out over the marina.The staff were very attentive, polite and available.Setting up our stay was easy and the owner was very communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cabo! The location was fantastic — centrally located and close to endless dining and bar options, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The room itself had a lot of character, and the marina view was absolutely beautiful. The staff throughout the property were very friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great feature. One small property-related issue was that many of the lounge chairs by the pool seemed broken and could use replacement, though this was clearly not an issue with the condo owner specifically. The beach was conveniently just around the corner, and we appreciated that the owner provided beach chairs for guests to use. The chairs themselves could probably use an update since some of the carrying handles were broken, but it was still a very thoughtful and useful amenity to have available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We have stayed at Marina Cabo Plaza on many occasions. Medano Beach within five minute walk. Balcony of units overlooking the Marina to watch boats, seals and people!

The condo was clean and very safe! Had everything we needed to cook and even had beach chairs and a small ice chest! The view is stunning and the staff were very helpful. Only negative was there was no plastic cups for the pool but the market right outside the building had plastic cups so it was an easy fix. Definitely recommend and would return again!

Cabo marina view studio

Excellent location with direct marina view. Super clean and phenomenal staff! Some minor hiccups at check-in but host was was very responsive and quickly resolved our concerns . Be aware that this is a somewhat noisy area with many bars and shops within a short distance….earplugs are a must . Thank you so much Cam , we had a blast and will be back :))

Excellent accommodation!

Extremely roomy! Nice balcony and view! All the equipment you need in a kitchen, but there isn't one. If you're adaptive, you can make your own, and have all the comforts of home. Very secure, nice pool. Would definitely stay again!

College/Birthday Gift

We gave our grand-daughters their Graduation & Birthday gift. It was perfect, they were so overwhelm. It was their first time; and our 12 years of visit. We try to come every year . The view was breath taking. Will definitely recommend this place. thank you for everything. Houston, Texas
