  • Esta unidad de un dormitorio, un baño se ha remodelado completamente de arriba a abajo y tiene características que no verá en ninguna otra unidad.

    Si te gusta esta propiedad, echa un vistazo a nuestra segunda propiedad y sus opiniones, Casa Cortez, ID de identificación # 3538075, que se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de La Escapada.

    Ubicado en la planta baja con acceso al jardín, puede disfrutar de su café de la mañana mientras disfruta del hermoso amanecer o de una copa de vino mientras se pone el sol.

    La sala de estar y el dormitorio ofrecen hermosas vistas al jardín y al océano con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren al patio, donde encontrará una parrilla de gas, una mesa con capacidad para 4 y 2 tumbonas, ideal para relajarse o tomar el sol.

    La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo sofá cama Queen de espuma de memoria y un televisor inteligente Samsung de 55 "para que pueda acceder a sus redes favoritas. También se incluye una caja fuerte para su comodidad.

    La cocina completamente equipada cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, un sistema de agua filtrada y está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará durante su estadía. Se proporciona un suministro inicial de vainas de café para usar con la cafetera cuisinart.

    En el dormitorio encontrará una cama King de California con un grabado iluminado en la pared posterior junto con un televisor inteligente Samsung de 55 ". Hay una cómoda y un armario que ofrece amplio espacio de almacenamiento.

    El baño cuenta con una ducha extra grande con una puerta de vidrio grabado, un cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia, un cabezal de ducha manual y una lavadora / secadora.

    La unidad tiene WiFi gratis y servicio telefónico gratuito para llamadas a los Estados Unidos y Canadá. Hay dominós, cartas y libros disponibles para su uso.

    El complejo Misiones mantiene una entrada cerrada las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, y es una comunidad muy segura. Hay dos piscinas grandes, un bar en la palapa y un estacionamiento gratuito. Hay una pequeña tienda de conveniencia ubicada en el sitio con Costco y Walmart cerca.

    Hay dos playas ubicadas a 5 minutos a pie del condominio: Monuments Beach (surf) y Cabo Bello Beach (no hay vendedores)

    Dos maravillosos restaurantes también se encuentran a poca distancia del condominio. Puerta Vieja se encuentra en la cima de la colina (excelente pescado fresco) y el famoso Sunset de Mona Lisa se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del condominio. Ambos restaurantes ofrecen vistas espectaculares de Cabo San Lucas y el Arco.

    Un corto trayecto de 10 minutos te sitúa en el centro de Cabo San Lucas. Si no tiene un automóvil, siempre hay taxis disponibles en la entrada a Misiones. La feria cuesta entre $ 25 y $ 30 por trayecto, dependiendo de la cantidad de personas en su grupo. Uber también está disponible ahora en Cabo.

    Servicio de transporte, servicio de pre-stock, excursiones de pesca y masajes se pueden organizar antes de su llegada. Por favor avise si está interesado en alguno de estos servicios.

Condo was clean & comfortable. The pool has good music and the beach was wonderful. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We will book again next year!

Great stay... clean everything you would need. Close too beaches and a short Uber ride too the marina. Very helpful staff around condo, would definitely stay again.

Perfect R&R Retreat

The condo at Missiones del Cabo was perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Super close to two beautiful and quiet beaches, and a short drive to town. Great condo and complex.

Loved he beautiful pool view from patio

Beautiful decor, great bed and bedding. This place is well appointed and super clean. We loved the terry cloth loungers on the very long patio - super comfy. Everything was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

WE HAD A GREAT 10 DAYS ATTHE CONDO WHICH WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED. THE SERVICE FROM JOSE THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND THE RESORT.

Slice of Heaven

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool bar and grill was absolutely perfect; the tacos are to die for and the prices are very reasonable. There are two beaches that are just steps away.

Well appointed unit

Comfortable furnishings - especially the mattress, clean throughout, recently updated with modern kitchen appliances and a well stocked pantry. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning, soaking in the sun and the lush surroundings of the landscaping/pool area.

Fantastic

This condo is fantastic. The complex is very nice, safe and quiet. Food and drinks at the cantina are wonderful. We could have spent all our time there. Pool is very nice. Beach is close. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous property

The unit is completely updated and has every amenity you can think of. The property is quiet and the gardens are gorgeous. The patio is huge. The pool bar and restaurant were so convenient, you would barely need to leave the property. Walk over to the Cape for dinner.

This place was exactly as described. A very well equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast daily and a few dinners. The view was fantastic, we saw whales (we had binoculars) from the patio. There is a quiet beach to enjoy a swim, snorkel & relax. We didn’t spend very much time at the pool but it was clean and the bar/restaurant staff were friendly. We used uber to get most places, we walked up to Fresko and would uber back with our supplies. It’s about a 20 minute uber into Cabo. Lots of towels, both for beach and home. Antonio the property manager was super helpful when we couldn’t get the safe open and recommended a few restaurants and other things to do. Our only wish was that there had been beach chairs, 2 umbrellas were great but chairs would be a nice addition.

Perfect Place

The condo was in the perfect location for this complex. Nice and close to the pool, nice and close to the beach, nice and close to the Uber drop off point. The patio was my absolute favorite part of this unit. Everything was very clean and well stocked! Don’t think twice just book it!

A completely perfect 1 bedroom suite which has everything you need to either do your own cooking or eat nearby at the pool. Always neat and equipped. Will return again for a 4th straight year..

Great stay!

The condo was very well put together, clean, pool was right next to the unit, WiFi was great, no complaints at all! Relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. The condo was stocked up with all the essentials, towels, cooking equipment, and even spices etc. Would definitely come here again!

The property was Beautiful, not one problem, the surroundings, the Pool, all the Flowers and landscaping were Fabulous. The nearby small grocery store, had everything we needed. All the guest we spoke with had positive feed back with Misiones Properties. High Five, and Very Satisfied.
