"There is a bar next door with a roof top bar featuring live music. The music carried on until 1:30 AM. It would have been nice to be warned about this before hand. Between the bar and the street noise, this is not a quiet property."

"I think better seating on the front porch would be nice. A swing, Adirondack chairs. I did like having a table. The view from the front porch was the best. I think with the sulfer smell a water filtration system is a must if it gets the smell out. Not sure if it would or not."
