Pelican Place is a spacious upper level duplex cottage designed for easy, relaxed coastal living. This 3-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a king master suite with private bath, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two double beds, plus an additional full hall bathroom.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area with plush seating, and dining space perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

Guests also have access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, private parking, and convenient outdoor hot and cold showers — everything you need for a laid-back Hatteras Island getaway.

Amazing with a great view

The property was as advertised. Checking and out was really easy. The proximity to the beach and pool was spot on. The convenience to conner's grocery and local fare was helpful.

Clean and Nice location

We enjoyed this nice place during the Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful side view of the ocean and a very close walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious too!

Good location, Good Stay

Firat of all, this was a great location. My wife, my brother, and I had access to everything we wanted to do from here. The kitchen is works great for those that are planning to eat out. Not much in the way of cooking utensils or space, but we had read reviews and were prepared. It was enough space for the 3 of us. We fished a lot. The beds were minimally comfortable, the pillows not so much. Having to make the beds and empty the dishwasher when we arrived were unexpected, but no big deal. Easy access to the beach and in/out of the neighborhood were nice. I would stay again.

Great beach stay

This cute little upper level condo is a great find! Very comfortable for the whole family and our little pet. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and mere steps away from the beach. Wake up each morning to beautiful sunrises. Will def be back

Great location and met all our needs.

We loved this place!!! It was clean and so close to the beach. There were 6 of us who stayed there (4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog). It was convenient having the laundry below, and the rooms were a great size. The only drawback was if you plan to get this place and get food to eat throughout the week, we had to use the shelf space in the tops of the closets to store non-perishables. Not a huge deal, but just be ready to be creative with space for food. We liked the resort, the area, and place enough that we may just look at one of their bigger options for next time.

Simple Paradise

Location. Location. Location. Our stay was precisely what we were looking for. The house has everything you would need for a beach vacation. The location cannot be beat. The host was very helpful with check in process and answering any questions we had. There’s nothing glitzy and glamorous about the house but you don’t need that when staying at the OBX. Very convenient location to some great restaurants and to the lighthouse. Cannot be beat. Definitely will be looking to see if this house is available for our future trips.

Peaceful Getway

Outer banks in the winter has a mysterious charm - pristine yet not manicured beaches, lack of crowds, remote stillness all add up to a time of peace and rest. And we were fortunate to enjoy fabulous weather. Made it down to Ocracoke for a day and then went down to Cape Point - both of these places have an ethereal "edge of the world" quality to them, especially under the winter sun. We had some miscommunication about checkout time which was clearly 10 am both in VRBO listing and on posted instructions in the unit but the management company insisted it was 9 am - I hope this doesn't happen to others. In a way it's minor but annoying enough to be remembered.

Great beach stay

We really liked this cute beach rental It was clean , nice decor and nice water views .... lots of steps to unit but worth it for the view . Nice little deck and covered parking with private laundry It was well stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils. Check in very Easy too

Wonderful location! Just a few steps to the beach!

Pelican was a great get away for the 6 of us! The location was perfect and the views from the porch and the living room were beautiful. The apartment was spotless and check in was easy. The property manager was attentive and quick to reach. I would just as for a towel for the kitchen, a cookie sheet and more seating in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great ocean view

We enjoyed our stay and the view was great. Everything our family needed for a vacation. It rained a couple of days but sitting under the covered deck we could still watch the waves roll in. We loved our stay. Thank you!
