"Calvin was great. Very responsive and happy to assist. Cabin was nice and clean. TV and theater style couch was wonderful. Beds were comfortable.Loved the view and hot tub was relaxing. Grill was clean and easy to use. Water pressure was good. Did not use fireplace or out door fire pit but both looked nice. Plenty of seating."

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a concert at the Corbin Arena. To be truthful I wasn’t expecting a whole lot because of the rate we paid, it was half of what the other hotels were charging. "The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder.
