"The hotel was better than expected. It was clean and I felt safe. We originally had rented a room that had a king size bed and a couch. We had four of us my husband and I and our son were going to sleep in the king bed and the other adult was going to sleep on the couch. "Room was good. Sink didn't drain well. Shower was rough working. Service is awful. 3 weeks out and still waiting for a refund from overcharge. Booked and paid online through a 3rd party. Then I get to the hotel and the clerk charged my card again for the same amount. Have tried several times making contact with hotel, with no luck. Reached out to corporate, they told me to email the info over and somebody should be in contact with me. Still no luck. Sad. Knew I never should have given this place...

Chips in the paint on the ceiling above bed. I only saw staff when I checked in. I never saw anyone at the front desk other than that. My room was not cleaned or supplies replenished at all during my stay."
