  • The villa is located in Banjar, 10 minutes to Lovina. It’s elegantly furnished and has a wonderful staff which cooks, clean and shops for your every need. We added an additional full bathroom with rainwater shower,which we now have 3 full bathrooms. Plus we upgraded all the furniture with new covers and upgraded high density foam for added comfort.The villa is about 3000 sq ft with AC in large living and large kitchen, 4 bedrooms all with AC and 3 spacious 2 bathrooms with indoor gardens. The entire house now has AC. Enjoy the private pool, outdoor dining terrace and two gazebos. The front entrance has two water falls with a fish pond that you walk over to enter the villa all surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden.

    THE SPACE:
    This is an absolute beachfront villa. The villa has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. It has an outdoor terrace with a 8 chair table for dining with a gorgeous ocean view. From the terrace your only 10 meters to your SANDY BEACH. There’s a 58” LCD with Indovision satellite TV, and very good free Wi-Fi that works over the entire grounds. We also have a baby bed available if needed.

    GUEST ACCESS:
    Guests have the access to the entire villa, private pool, parking space, tropical garden and of course a private gate to your sandy beach.

    INTERACTION with Guests:
    Our wonderful staff will be happy to arrange anything you would like maybe a full hour massage by the ocean under the gazebo. I will be available 24 hours by email.

    THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
    The Banjar village is so peaceful surrounded; the villa is a bit hard to find, but even harder to leave.

    GETTING AROUND:
    Our Housekeeper Kadek will be happy to help you with any of your transportation needs from renting a scooter to a car with private driver. There are some restaurants in the area that will pick you up at Villa Dini and bring you back free of charge for at least three guests. Let our housekeeper Kadek know when you need this service and she will arrange it for you and your family.

    OTHER Things to Note: Include in the price:
    The staff will clean, make up the beds, cook your breakfast and lunch and you just pay for the groceries and a small fee for the staff’s transportation of IDR 30.000 for grocery shopping . She works 6 days a week from 8-4 . If you requires her to stay over pass 4:00 PM but no later than 7 PM , to cook you dinner, it will be an extra charge of IDR 40.000 per person per day. You pay directly to the chef.

    Free welcome drink and one free simple breakfast from our menu for every guest the next day for late arrivals.

    In the large open kitchen has:

    We do have two cc cameras that are directed at the outdoor front and rear gates of the villa for added security, but at your request the maid will show you were they are directed and turn them off during your stay if you wish. Even though the area is peaceful and safe we do have a full time security guard that stays on the villa grounds from 7pm to 7am and a gardener/pool person from 7am to 7pm, there is a staff member at the villa at all hours to assist the guest with anything you need.

    Snorkeling or diving in the nature Park Menjangan Island 1.5 hours from the Villa.
    Mount Batur Trekking to catch a stunning Bali Sunrice - 3 hrs away from the Villa.
    Swimming and exploring the many waterfalls like Sekumpul, Gitgit and Munduk.
    Hike the extensive route and rain forest around the village of Mayong.

The staff on the property were lovely and very helpful. Especially Kadek, she cooked us breakfast every morning. She was lovely. This property is very isolated, you need to get a driver to go anywhere. The 3 bedrooms my family stayed in weren’t very big, only the master bedroom was big. When sharing a house with 7 adults, 2 bathrooms really aren’t enough. The property is well maintained and clean. The only downside is the isolation, there is nothing around. Which might suit some families.

If you are looking to stay in the Northern side of Bali, this is the place for you. EVERYTHING was amazing. The staff were top notch and Kadek was spot on for all of her recommendations and support she gave us for meals, trip planning and advice. Anything we asked of or recommended to our hosts was done without question and all the supports they have working with them, (Driver Ketut was a life saver behind the wheel and a wealth of information regarding any questions we had of Bali and the Culture).The Villa and anyone working for the villa were the difference in making our Bucket List vacation amazing.You will not be disappointed in choosing Villa Dini.

Villa Dini a definite yes!

We only stayed a few nights and wished we were able to stay a lot longer! Dini is a fantastic property owner and gave quick and informative responses to all our questions. She set us up with a private driver for transport from the airport and to our next resort stay, as well as for daily outings. Sky was so wonderfully patient with us as the housekeeper and cook. She fixed us a fantastic meal the last night and helped us book all our outings. Everyone was wonderful and the stay was amazing. Can’t wait to come back! A must stay!

Bali beauty by the Sea

We had one of the best stays at Villa Dini. The quiet, beautiful villa is right on the sea.We really enjoyed laying out on the comfortable bed in the pagoda along the beach. It was so realxing listening to the sea lapping up on the beach. The pool was excellent for taking a dip after a hot day seeing the sights. Kadek was outstanding, arranging anything we needed. The Dolphin tour picked us up right on the beach at the villa, arranged a driver whenever needed. The entire staff was great. If your going to north Bali, this is a great place to stay. Perfect place to relax

Everything about the property and the staff lived up to expectations. The villa is lovely and well cared for. The staff including Kadek the very helpful and adaptable cook, the lovely gardener and helpful nighttime security all went out of their way to make the stay trouble free and a holiday to remember. Kadek even arranged an early morning dolphin watching experience that picked us up on the beach just outside the garden. Ketut the on call driver was helpful and ful of information about the local and regional area and Balinese culture. Everyone was kind and a pleasure to meet.

FANTASTIQUE SEJOUR

Le séjour pourrait être résumé en un seul mot: parfait. Dès le début nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La maison, le jardin, la plage, tout était magnifique et fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Kadek et son staff étaient bienveillants et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Les petits déjeuners et les repas étaient délicieux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ensemble des services. Ketut notre chauffeur était ponctuel et de bons conseils. Nous aurions bien aimé poursuivre notre séjour, hors du temps, dans ce petit paradis. Nous sommes sûrs que nous reviendrons un jour avec plaisir. Relaxation to the Max

I was in need of a complete wind-down from owning a small business in Australia. This property is amazing and I felt completely relaxed and in holiday mode after 2 days, leaving another 5 days to completely enjoy this villa and the local attractions. I must compliment Kadek who looked after us every day and nothing was too much trouble. In fact, I felt like I was leaving my family on my last day. Kadek's staff were all amazing from the gardener/driver to the night security. Paradise found

Every step was easy. The owners were organized and friendly and very prompt to reply. The driver met us at our hotel for transport to Villa Dina and was right on time and very personable. The villa is secluded and remote roads take you there so local driver was perfect. The bedrooms we kept A/C on but only used the main area when humid as the warm breezes thru the house was wonderful. Meals we came to rely on Mrs Kedek. As we discribed our likes and she overachieved. Just perfect for relaxing and sunning and reading by the pool. We enjoyed an on site massage and was awed by the beauty and grace of the Balinese dancers Mrs Kedek suggested our last afternoon. We are most grateful indeed.

Exceptional Experience! 5 Stars all around

We stayed at Villa Dini for 10 nights, if you want a truly authentic Balinese experience within a pristine, private beach front villa which is away from the hustle and bustle allowing you relax in peace and quite and enjoying the local people, culture, food and wildlife this is your number one choice! The Villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable, the grounds and pool are very well maintained twice daily. Kadek the house keeper is truly a superstar and goes well above and beyond to ensure your stay has everything you want, tours, food, drinks, local market and she cooks amazing food making everything from scratch!! We really enjoyed our time here and put this in the top 3 places we have stayed at during our travels and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a similar experience as mentioned above. We truly Thank, Kadek, Made, Butu, little Bima and Dini for the great experience and fond memories we will take away with us! Terima kasih banyak!

I can’t say enough, good things about this beautiful villa and the staff. Much better than the description. The owner of the villa Dini Lives in Georgia and was super responsive answering any of my questions.🙌 The woman who takes care of the home, Kadek, it’s truly a saint and fast became a dear friend. She helped prepare meals and took me around to places I might not have seen on her scooter. at first, I was reluctant to go on the scooter, but she is such a great driver and here in North Bali there’s way less traffic. Definitely a highlight of my trip. I’m spending five weeks in Bali and I’m on my last week now and my memories of Dini Villa. Bedded in my heart. I will definitely be back and bring my family. The Hot Springs and the Buddhist Temple were highlights of the area. Enjoy the culture, the beauty and the kindness of these people, and you will surely have a magnificent Stay🙏♥️ Dini Villa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

Amazing stay

If you're on need of a getaway, this is the place. This is in northern Bali which is 3 hours away. It's away from all the hussle and bussle of South Bali. The private pool is excellent but do not forget your sun screen and bug spray. Just beyond the pool outside of the gate is your beach access. Kadek was our housekeeper and she was amazing. She made sure we were comfortable and was very helpful with setting up our rides, our massages and even scheduling our dinner at Spice Beach Club. Dini, the owner, was quick to respond to messages and accommodating. One day, the power went out and she offered to put us in a nearby hotel so we wouldn't be without A/C. We declined and decided to wait on the power to come back on but it was bearable. The place was nicely kept and everyone was friendly and helpful. We would come back.

Excellent Staff. Beautiful villa.

The pictures do not do the villa justice. It was immaculate, and the staff and service were exemplary. They truly went above and beyond to make our visit special! The meals were delicious, and Kadek worked to coordinate requests for activities and transportation as good (if not better than) a 5 STAR concierge. In addition....the groundskeeper went above and beyond to try to "clean" our area of beach access daily. This was truly appreciated given the amount of debris washing up on shore. (Not a reflection of the villa, as they did all they could in that regards, simply acknowledging the additional effort and appreciating that work!) All of our thanks to this friendly, helpful staff and driver (Katut). Katut was always friendly, and offered great suggestions on places to visit. We had several experiences we may have otherwise missed without his guidance. Thank you Katut! Dini...the host...went above and beyond to check in and ensure our visit was pleasant. We appreciated her quick responses and kindness. Overall...our visit to Bali was one we will always treasure!

Excellent for us

We stayed 4 days and had a wonderful time. The property and features were excellent in both character and function as described in the listing. The location, while not good for walking to places to eat, was a very good one for us who like to,take long walks in smaller communities as there were a lot of options. There are 4 different eateries that will bring food to the villa but we found that Kaden’s cooking was very good and allowed us to have as many meals as we wished prepared fresh for us and cheaper than the already cheap eatery prices. The drivers,, Katuk and Pulu, we’re both available and helpful in showing us interesting places and describing the local culture. The staff was very responsive and helpful to our inquiries before arrival as well. This is a place we would stay again. The really impressive culture of Bali in so many ways does not include attention to litter and debris. We find that unfortunate but easy to overlook. But if you can’t overlook that then Bali and many places in SE Asia should not be on your list of places to go. But if you can be more accepting of that characteristics, the goodness of the people and beauty of the places annd the refreshing other cultural differences available for you to experience are superb.

Amazing stay in the Lovina area!

Our stay at Villa Dini was amazing! The property is located a bit out of the way, down a narrow rough path. It is situated in front of a black sand beach, which was a nice surprise but unfortunately it is full of rubbish. The gardener does go out and clean up the area in front of the villa, so that is great. We spent all of our time either in or beside the wonderful private pool. The staff are outstanding, especially the house keeper, Kadek. She is an amazing cook and will make you the best peanut sauce. Everything is made from scratch, including the fresh juice. Anything we needed, Kadek would arrange for us. We had lovely 90 minute massages on the beachside day bed that is on the property. It was so nice to get a massage and listen to the ocean waves. Ketut, the driver was wonderful enough to wake up super early to take us to watch the sunrise at the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. There is always staff at the Villa 24hours a day. Once the gardener and housekeeper leave, there is a security guard that is there all night keeping watch over the property. This really gave us peace of mind since the property is located so out of the way. We had a wonderful relaxing week at Villa Dini.

Great villa with a fantastic sea view

We enjoyed staying at the villa. It is in a good condition and you can see that it is being maintained. It's really quiet and you can hear the sea waves from the master bedroom at night. The beach is right in front of the villa, so you have a choice between the sea and the swimming pool. The beach itself is not very clean, but you can still swim without being bothered by the garbage. But the villa would not be as great without its stuff. The housekeeper, Kadek, is always ready to help and makes delicious food. For a small fee she will also be happy to do groceries for you. The only thing you should keep in mind is the location of the villa. While it's super-quiet and relaxing, there is no public transport or taxi that comes to the villa. You either have to rent a scooter or hire a private driver to get anywhere (Kadek can arrange both for you). There are few small shops and a bigger supermarket within about 1 kilometer, but that's all where you can get to by foot. Local people are very friendly and are ready to help - we never felt unsafe at the villa and while walking nearby. There's also a security guard staying during the night at the villa. It was a great experience and we will definitely consider staying there again.
