Al otro lado de la calle del campo de golf BCC, y a poca distancia de Sunrise Mall, este condominio está muy cerca del verdadero corazón comercial de Brownsville. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo básico, que incluye un lavavajillas, dos televisores de pantalla plana y un sofá seccional muy cómodo. El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón Serta Queen, un baño privado recientemente remodelado y un vestidor. El dormitorio # 2 cuenta con dos camas, una de matrimonio y una doble. Ambas habitaciones tienen nuevos ventiladores de techo iluminados por LED con control remoto. La unidad también tiene un garaje para 2 autos con un abrepuertas eléctrico. La lavadora y la secadora están convenientemente ubicadas dentro de la unidad, en el garaje. No hay estacionamiento asignado en el complejo.

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay for 4 days. Will definitely book again!

Adequate for our needs

We left the unit a whole lot cleaner than when we moved in for our month long stay. There was long, black dog hair everywhere. The owned said he would talk to the cleaning lady about it, but my wife spent several hours cleaning. We also asked the owner about getting mail while we were there and he said he would look for the mail key. We never heard back from him. All in all it was a fairly nice unit but I will not stay there again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Plenty of space in this two bedroom unit. My wife and I stayed at this place from late January through early February 2018 and enjoyed our time in Brownsville. Plenty to see for those interested in attractions. TV's in the bedrooms and living room all had different channels available which was a little odd, but we weren't there to watch TV. No DVD available. Washer and dryer worked well and are of good size. Reasonably priced and we would definitely consider renting again.

Clean and Quiet

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is clean and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. It was nice to be close to shopping areas. The garage was also a great plus. The place lives up to how it is advertised and far exceeds what you would get at a hotel.

Spacious! Great location! Love the idea of being able to park the garage!

It was a great place....spacious which made it more comfortable especially when spending all day with family and beach. Just needs a little fixing on the floor to the entrance in the 2nd bedroom but overall great place. Will stay again and will recommend.

Clean and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in Brownsville at this townhome. It was clean and looked just as the pictures show. It was a little out dated but the price was very reasonable. Overall I would recommend - or consider staying here again. I want to add that the transaction of everything went very smoothly as well. Thank you!

Excellent property - Outstanding stay

The property is clean and well equipped. Having a garage was an awesome plus. It is really close to the mall and a lot of stores and restaurants. And, the golf course view from the living room window is gorgeous! We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Brownsville.

I would recommend this Condo to my friends it was an excellent paradise to me and my family.

The property was excellent clean sanitize everything in order just like a regular home with all the convenience of a home. Comfortable spacious for all my family members they all enjoyed the Mall just around the corner and all the various stores. I would recommended to my friends.
