"We have stayed at this Hotel a few times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly and efficient. I usually ask for a room on an upper floor which have always been quiet, unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor close to the main road, but there was a constant noise in the room (a loud humming) which went on all night, making it difficult for us both to sleep!
