"Very noisy with each room having fire doors that slammed all night behind guests going to and from their rooms. No soundproofing from within the hotel, so could here people passing in the hallway. "Rang on the day of arrival to ask for featherfree room and was assured by Harry that this would be accommodated. I anm anllergic to feathers. Arrived later and forgot to check the pillows.
