"The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch!
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay."

"Staff was rude. Front desk clerk was not helpful and when trying to check in car was told clerk was sick and wanted to go home and hopefully you can find a spot. We prepaid. Tried to check in hotel key with no front desk clerk. Went downstairs and found a lady making breakfast and I politely asked if I could give her the key she acted as if I was a problem and told me she had to make breakfast in an angry voice. I usually don't give bad reviews but the customer service was absolutely horrible."

"The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. We reported it to the front desk, they said they are 100% smoke free but no one listens to it and all the blankets had the holes in them. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and it had a uncomfortable feel about it. We stayed only one night and left as fast as possible. Only good thing is Fred Meyers store is right across the street if you need anything."

"Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"
