ABOUT THE RENTAL
This great new home is nestled in the woods in The Reserve at Boyne Mountain. Four bedrooms and three baths, sleeps 8 in beds, but there is plenty of space for a couple more in the lower level living area. If you're looking to be at Boyne or a central location to many great towns, this is the perfect house. It is secluded and quiet with plenty of things to do right on property. Upon entering the house through the 2-car garage, you are welcomed into the foyer off of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The kitchen, dining area, and great room have an open-concept layout, allowing all guests to be a part of the conversation. The great room furniture is situated around the grandeur stone gas fireplace and TV. The four spacious guest rooms are separated on each end of the home on both the main and lower levels, creating privacy for guests to retire at the end of a fun day on the slopes. The main level features a primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and full bath with a tiled shower. There is also a guest rooom with a queen-size bed and en-suite, which also opens up to the entryway to service the main level of the home. Making your way downstairs brings you to a second living area, complete with a TV, 4-person card table, and an array of games and puzzles. There is a full bath off from the lower living area and two additional queen guest rooms are located on either end of the home. A perfect place for an 'up north' stay with everything your group needs to enjoy the Northern Michigan snow!
