RIGHT ON THE DISCIPLES SKI RUN. NOTHING BEATS THIS LOCATION!
BOOK EARLY - This premier location will spoil you!

Walk out the back and you are on Disciples run, walk out the front and across the parking lot and you can ski down on Boyneland. Great upper unit location and all you need to do is put on your skis. The slopes are right outside the door. Meet back at the condo for lunch, hot cocoa, or take a quick nap. This location books quickly, so don't wait too long.

This is often a 3 night minimum on weekends during ski season. We also recommend weekdays to avoid lift lines, better pricing, and to get more skiing in.

Complete with an automatic fireplace and dedicated wi-fi, this retreat can be your new office or school away from home! There is plenty of room for everyone (attached lower condo for 4-6 can also be added for a fee). Complete with 3 sleeping areas:
Bedroom 1- King with attached bathroom (main floor)
Bedroom 2- 2 Queens with bathroom across hall (main floor)
Upstairs loft area - 2 Queens with attached bathroom.

This unit offers a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. In addition, there is a new washer and dryer available free for guests.

Need more room? Add on the condo below through a connected door and 4-6 more people can be added for an extra fee (just inquire - VRBO #1217450) In addition, I also rent several other condos in the area. Just inquire and we can help arrange a larger family gathering.

This unit is one of the few that has an easy entry without stairs - making it so much easier to carry everything and for multiple generations.

This home offers space to include the grandparents or friends and will soon become a family tradition. Use this home as your base Up North for winter activities and seeing Michigan. Stay for a few days or several weeks. With a new washer, dryer, central air, and dedicated wifi line, you can play and work from Boyne.

Rest, relax and connect with nature. Enjoy breakfast on your private deck, with trail walks, bike rides, and fun nearby! Eat out at a fine restaurant at Boyne or enjoy cooking with a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and pancake griddle.


Perfect Up North Location - Lake Charlevoix is only 10 minutes away and Deer Lake is around the corner. The ferry is Mackinaw Island is only an hour away. Plus numerous activities abound to keep everyone active at the Boyne resort.
Additional activities on Boyne property for a fee include golf, tennis, water parks, zip lining, frisbee golf, and a luxury spa. This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City on Lake Charlevoix (10 min). Enjoy day trips to Petoskey (20 min), Mackinaw bridge (1 hour), and downtown Charlevoix (35 min).

All amenities were present as advertised. The condo was clean and tidy upon arrival. Location is great near the ski lift if you are here to ski- very convenient ski-on/ski-off location. Communication with the host was fast as well.

Our host was very helpful and personable. She even texted us when she heard there might be a winter storm there. She made sure we knew where things like a flashlight was located in case the winter storm knock out power, told us we would get ploud out, and other helpful info like that. The condo was very comfortable, and could sleep a lot of guest. In beds up to 10 people. The gas fireplace put out some extra heat on our cold winter nights. Furnace heat work well too. The area is fabulous, with skiing a short walk away. Location is right by (walking distance) the ski mountains. The many towns close by had fun shopping and lots of great restaurants to choose from, including Boyne City 10m, Petosky 25m, Charlevoix 30m, Spring Harbor 30m. All wonderful cities where I felt like I was in a city from a Hallmark movie. We were there for Thanksgiving week, and had a delicious Thankgiving dinner at the Resort next door in Boyne Falls. It was a buffet with many choices, including many meats. Highly recommend the Mushroom Home tour in Charlevoix and the Ski Walk Bridge is right next door from the condo. We had a relaxing and wonderful week vacation in this condo.

Great location and cozy condo with comfortable furniture. Perfect for a family getaway. Feels pretty private as the units are spaced apart with lots of trees. We appreciated the games, puzzles and fireplace on a chilly early fall weekend. Overall clean but could use some attention to detail.

Mary is a good communicator. She promptly responds to your questions and offers suggestions.The property was clean which was very much appreciated but the description on the property is not accurate. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but in fact there are 2 bedrooms and an open loft upstairs. It might be ok for families with kids but having 3 adult couples is definitely not an ideal arrangement. We managed but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Everything was wonderful during our stay. The condo was directly slope side as mentioned in the post. Mary reached out once she found out there was some severe weather on the way. We would stay here again if we make it back to Boyne!

Overall, the property was just as the listing had promoted. The condo was clean upon arrival and all of the promised amenities were functional. This is a great location literally right off of the ski trail if you are coming to visit in the winter time. I would book this condo again in the future for skiing.

Perfect ski location

We had two families stay for a long weekend of skiing. It was a perfect location and fit our needs. Tons of sleeping space and the loft is perfect to toss the kids. Wish there was more room in the common area so we could spend time as a group and eating/ playing games together was a challenge, but we would totally stay again.
