  • Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.




    We live right around the corner and are happy to be your local concierge! Whatever your request, we can probably help you out or send you in the right direction. We can also be available at a moment's notice in case there is an issue that needs to be resolved.

    Boyne Mountain has a lot to offer whether you are a first time guest or have been coming Up North all your life! 5 minutes from picturesque Boyne City and 15 minutes from Petoskey, the options are endless. The condo is located 100 yards for ski lift.

    We manage other condos at Boyne Mountain. If you need a larger space or want more condos for your family please message me.

    You won't get bored if you intend to remain on property throughout your stay but if you decide to venture out you will find a ton of options. Avalanche Preserve in Boyne City has miles of hiking and biking trails and panoramic views of Lake Charlevoix.

    This is a private condo with external access. You are also welcome to enjoy the amenities of Boyne Mountain. Restaurants, shops, nightly activities all within walking distance and on property at Boyne Mountain.
    On property there is also access to tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tub, gym, golf, water park, lake access at Deer Lake, lawn games, skiing, tubing, and salon.

    This condo is 350 sq. feet. It is wonderfully laid out to make the most use of every corner.
    It is a studio condo and there is a king bed with new full couch. This is an end unit with wonderful natural light. It is located on the second floor with no elevator.
    Newly renovated bathroom.

    PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING REQUIRES GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
    All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

    Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and accurately captured in the photos. Walking distance to the rest of Boyne Mountain property and overall a great location with proximity close to Boyne City & Petoskey. Minor complaint is there was nowhere to hang clothes up.

Cozy

We stayed 2 nights with 2 of us and enjoyed the location and the comfy bed. Only downside of the studio condo is that you have to use the step stool under the bed to reach dishes etc in the high cabinets. But everything was clean, lovely and efficient!

Host provided lots of information and ideas on what to do in the surrounding area. As well as gave very specific instructions on arriving. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

Quaint studio condo nice for a one to two night stay for one to three people. Worked well for our last minute ski trip for three of us! Very clean and updated.

We had a wonderful visit Boyne is gorgeous We enjoyed Boyne city and the avalanche trail I also had a lovely walk to deer lake and back Weather was beautiful and the condo was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again

Perfect size for just my husband and I

Stayed for a couple nights to enjoy the fall colors at Boyne and walk the skybridge.

We left a day early, it was not a very clean place, Had water stains on ceiling and a weird smell to it. The shower curtain liner has a bad smell coming off of it. The lights kept flickering off and on and in middle of night the light came on. The property seemed rough as well. The picture of the studio looked nice but very small.

Cozy Getaway

This beautifully renovated property was the perfect weekend getaway! It's proximity to the main lodge made it ideal for getting around on foot or by bike. Seamless check in, a wonderful aesthetic and all the amenities!
