"I would recommend people absolutely avoid this place until they do major renovations and management change. It's a vintage beauty with stunning views and nearby attractions-- but it's heavily neglected by the owners and staff, and may be in a dangerous area. The host was talking with a hooded figure in the lobby who would just sit there and watch us guests-- they weren't in a uniform or anything, just a hoodie and staring at us. The host questioned if I was even myself on my own ID, and was...

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"Just a place to lay your head at best. Room was worn down. Roach crawled across the ground on way out. Bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke. Whole room stunk."

"Front desk person at check in seemed in hurry to get rid of me, sped through check in, didn’t explain anything. When I asked questions she answered with annoyance. So I stopped asking. Place was very clean and kept up nicely. Not sure why they charge a high daily fee for parking the place has plenty of parking. That didn’t seem necessary, and makes a huge difference on choosing a place to stay. It also wasn't explained to me at check in that I’d have a daily parking fee. "
