  • This totally renovated, stunning 2 bedroom/1.5 bath 950 sq ft. Penthouse is perfectly situated on the South End/Back Bay line. Close to award winning restaurants, the Prudential/Copley shops, Newbury Street, Boston Common, historic Fenway Park, Symphony Hall and public transportation to anywhere in Boston. This historic brownstone unit has central air, hardwood floors and in-unit washer/dryer. The beautiful and original staircase into the unit invites you into a bright open kitchen/living space, a wall-of-windows with crisp white Hunter Douglas blinds, a dramatic kitchen with espresso cabinets, glass subway tiled back-splash, quartz counter top, breakfast bar and full suite of stainless appliances. Wonderful host and property with amazing views. Highly recommended this property. Kitchen was well stocked and host went above and beyond to assure our stay was seamless and enjoyable for my husbands birthday trip with our adult kids. Great location, very nicely equipped and the rooftop deck was an added bonus. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Well positioned for all manner of public transport.

The apartment was the perfect base to explore the city, lovely shops, restaurants and homes all around.. Underground station very close by. Attention to detail in the apartment was excellent, linens, crockery, everything you could need. The roof terrace was an absolute delight, special views and we barbecued, which was such fun. Sue was the most attentive hostess, nothing was too much trouble . Loved our visit.

The hosts were so helpful at check in and throughout our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including basic cooking essentials and some extras. The location was a block away from the subway making it so easy for us to travel to all parts of the city. I would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful Property!

We loved staying at this wonderful property. Susan and her husband David greeted us when we got in, helped us with our bags, and showed us around the unit. Location was amazing for walking places. It was perfect for our stay, and had everything we could possibly need - and more. We WILL be back!

Our family of four spent a wonderful 4 nights in May. Sue and David could not have been better hosts - they were so responsive and really provided everything possible to make it a great stay. Location is fantastic - near restaurants, transit, shopping and great walking areas. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here, couldn't recommend more. It's certainly pricier, but worth it! The private rooftop, stocked fridge with local coffee and english muffins, incredibly comfortable beds, perfect location ... we wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Christmas in Boston

This place is a gem with incredible owners. They were absolutely helpful in any way with recommendations as well . The brownstone was simply perfect with all amenities needed. Owners were sure to check on us and make sure there was nothing needed. Instructions were perfect as far as check in/check out . Would 100% recommend for your stay
