  • This totally renovated, stunning 2 bedroom/1.5 bath 950 sq ft. Penthouse is perfectly situated on the South End/Back Bay line. Close to award winning restaurants, the Prudential/Copley shops, Newbury Street, Boston Common, historic Fenway Park, Symphony Hall and public transportation to anywhere in Boston. This historic brownstone unit has central air, hardwood floors and in-unit washer/dryer. The location was so perfect for us! It was our first time visiting Boston and wanted to stay in a brownstone close to Fenway! It was only a 15 min- we went to all three baseball games for opening weekend. The place was so beautiful & the deck on top had amazing views. We had everything we needed!

Wonderful host and property with amazing views. Highly recommended this property. Kitchen was well stocked and host went above and beyond to assure our stay was seamless and enjoyable for my husbands birthday trip with our adult kids. Property was very clean, which is very important to me. Will stay here again.

It's a fabulous place to stay! The location was perfect for us, the unit was tastefully decorated and very clean, and the hosts are the best we have ever encountered in renting through VRBO.

Wonderful!

Great location, very nicely equipped and the rooftop deck was an added bonus. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Well positioned for all manner of public transport.

I have stayed in numerous VRBO locations, but this property was by far the most impressive of all. The attention to detail, communications with owner, location, and roof top patio were first class.

The hosts were so helpful at check in and throughout our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including basic cooking essentials and some extras. The location was a block away from the subway making it so easy for us to travel to all parts of the city. I would stay here again for sure!

The apartment was the perfect base to explore the city, lovely shops, restaurants and homes all around.. Underground station very close by. Attention to detail in the apartment was excellent, linens, crockery, everything you could need. The roof terrace was an absolute delight, special views and we barbecued, which was such fun. Sue was the most attentive hostess, nothing was too much trouble . Loved our visit.

Beautiful Property!

We loved staying at this wonderful property. Susan and her husband David greeted us when we got in, helped us with our bags, and showed us around the unit. Location was amazing for walking places. It was perfect for our stay, and had everything we could possibly need - and more. We WILL be back!

Family vacation in boston

Pleasant walk to Fenway, and close to a train stop. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Also comes with a stunning view of the skyline.
