The property is situated on the water of a title Mill Pond and very close to Boothbay Harbor. It's very peaceful, clean and the property managers were extremely accommodating. They even had the kindling in the fire pit ready to go. It was a little bit windy so I didn't want to take a chance I wish I had more time to spend there.

Lovely accommodations in a great location. The cottage was exactly as described - perfect for couple. The cottage is well equipped for a vacation stay. The hosts are generous with information and quick to answer any questions. The setting is lovely - quiet and set back privately with grass lawn overlooking a pond. Quick walk in any direction to the water and cute general store on the corner for any needs. The location is perfect for exploring the Boothbay and Pemquid areas. We hope to return.

We had a lovely time. The apartment was perfect for two, and easy to get in and out(no steps to deal with!)We enjoyed the ability to have a campfireIn the evening. We never had to use the air conditioner.

Absolutely loved this cozy cottage! love the warmth and charm of this cottage, the view of Mill Pond is so tranquil, the property itself is pretty, lined up with big beautiful old trees, a 2 person swing, and a cozy firepit all done in such good taste. Everything we needed was there and the bed is comfortable, loved the decor and the cleanliness.

Wonderful getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay! The views over the pond are lovely, and the inside is furnished comfortably. It’s peaceful and away from the more touristy areas, but easy to drive to town, the beach, and hiking nearby.

Our stay at Tom & Celeste’s cottage was lovely! The space was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away. Celeste was very responsive with any questions we had.

Oh, I don't want to rhapsodize too much as then it would be booked when we want to come again.It is perfect for 2 people. It's a lovely private Maine location for those who enjoy being out in nature, yet close to a town.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. The cottage is tucked away but still it was easy to get to the harbor or different places to visit. Our hosts, Celeste and Tom were very inviting and helped with things to do and see. I’d love to come back one day.

Another fantastic week at Guest House! So perfect for us. Very clean with all kinds of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, heat and air conditioning, WiFi, DVD. and the bathroom with a tub/shower is wonderful ! Easy check-in and check-out. Our second stay there and we had beautiful weather. Wild turkey crossing the front yard and saw our first Night Heron in a tree outside our window. Our host Tom and Celeste were wonderful! Always responsive to our needs and made our stay just perfect! Wonderful hosts! If you are looking for a private area but close to town and Ocean Point then this is it. Perfect for two and overlooking Mill Pond. It has everything! Hope to do it again next year!

Peaceful and charming

The house and property were very well kept, clean and orderly. Peace and quiet are the most important factors to us. The hosts were available and helpful and also respected our privacy. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this cottage, the immediate surroundings, and the overall location. The cottage was spotless, well furnished, tranquil and relaxing with lovely nearby walks, and convenient for driving into Boothbay Harbor and to other sites we wanted to visit. We didn't want to leave and are already thinking about when we could return!

Fabulous Getaway!

We had an amazing time at Tom and Celeste's cottage - description and pictures are spot on, and the property is a peaceful respite after a long day. This property gets 5 star reviews for a reason - we hope to be back again in the near future!

Beautiful and peaceful spot

The little cottage was perfect us for, lovely and well equipped. Sitting by picturesque mill pond in the Adirondack chairs provided was so peaceful. Walks along the road to the public put in and other coastal areas along Linekin Bay was splendid! Wonderful spot in great location!

Adorable cottage overlooking a tranquil salt pond.

Cottage was clean, cozy and well equipped. Setting was quiet and beyond beautiful, yet minutes from Boothbay Harbor's shops and restaurants. Cant wait to book again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us

A Real Gem

My fiancée and I booked this place at the last minute and it surpassed our expectations. It’s got everything you need. Beautiful little cottage, very cozy. Tom and Celeste are fantastic hosts, they gave us some great tips about the local area. The place was clean, check in and check out was super easy. It was the perfect spot for our anniversary. Book it!

Lovely place to enjoy Boothbay

Exactly as advertised. Very nice view to Mill Pond. Close access to Boothbay Harbor and Ocean Point. Quiet, clean, relaxing place to stay to enjoy all the delights of mid coast Maine.

An delightful cottage off the beaten track that was perfect as I could bike and kayak adjacent areas

This cottage had a comfortable firm bed and a very good shower. The inside was plenty roomy and the kitchen had all that we needed. The heater worked well. The yard is beautiful, especially looking over Mill Pond. We hope to return again someday.

Wonderful cottage get away

Very comfortable stay at this cottage. All the essentials were provided, bed and couch very comfortable, cottage was very clean. We were there during a heat wave so it was great to have AC! Enjoyed the beautiful yard and pond views. Short drive to Boothbay Harbor and scenic East Boothbay coast. Top notch communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!
